I need to give a big thank you to Drew’s services. They came out to put risers on our septic system to make them easy to pump with our patio. They found a blockage in the septic field that had kept our system from draining after another company had pumped it last year and it was completely full. He had to come back this morning took a camera down found the blockage and jetted the blockage through. It could have been much worse backing up into the house if it wasn’t taken care of when he found it. Thank you so much drew! Please contact them for any air conditioning and heating, natural gas , septic and plumbing. We wont use anyone else!

My wife and I are Camping at Clayton Crosswinds Campground in Lynnwood North Carolina. The valve on our black holding tank broke internally and we needed someone to pump out the black tank. I searched for half a day calling septic service companies, Porta John companies and RV repair companies. No one was able to help. I called Drew septic service. Drew quickly returned my call and had a truck come out in less than an hour. I was totally amazed with the quality of work, the timeliness, the price, the efficiency and the care that Stony, the driver of the truck used with care for the interior of our travel trailer. He emptied the tank and was very meticulous with his work, very friendly and very professional. Dont use Drew at all . Last year My outside units of heat pump got stolen . So Family member referred him to us. we are the commercial building . So he said he can get outside units to match the inside units . our heat pump brand is Goodman . what he got is the durast brand . Never heard of it . He did not pull up permit before he did this job . No inspection at all after installation . He installed it in 2//2025.Our store stayed close from 2/2025 to now .

when we started to turn the heat on last November . Less than two days we used the heat . I started to smell the burning plastic in our braker room . Finally found out it was the wire from outside meter was burning because of pulling too much power . Eventually I found out it was because of the outside units did not match the inside units . which is really dangerous .It can cause the fire in the store .

So I told Drew that next day I will go to the Davidson county permit place to get the people to do the inspection about our heat pump in 1/2026. Drew got scared . then pulled up the permit from online on that night 6 hours before I went to the permit place .Also it is almost a year later after our outside units got installed by him ,which is highly illegal.he went to permit place to pull up rhe permits because I said I would go to the permit place to get the inspector to do the inspection . . if the contractor does not pull up permit before installing any major heat and air work . it is illegal in this state .

Before I went to the permit place ,I told him I want my half of the money back . He can take his outside units away. Then everything will be okay . But he chose not to do it .
So somenody turned him in to the license board to let them do all the investigation .

Drew can give you a cheap estimation .But later on he will keep charging you more money for a little bit extra help . Stay away from him . Scam

By the way when we opened our business in 2018. We got brand new heat pump units . Passed all the inspections of machenic. electric and plumbing by the Davidson county permit center . The whole building was wired by the licensed electrician . Now the wire got burned ever since the outside units got installed by him

We do the business too . Honesty and responsibility are very important for us . We are always honest to our customers . And Also we are very responsible to our job. If it is our fault . We will be responsible and do whatever to meet our customers needs .
