I appreciate their flexibility in developing a cleaning schedule that fits my needs and can be adjusted as needed - for example, reducing charges while part of our house is being remodeled . The ladies that cleaned our office today did a fantastic job! They paid attention to details, they were thorough and they had smiles on their faces the entire time they were here. I would like to give a huge thank you to Lisa, Alesia & Staci - they are absolutely phenomenal and they make a great team. Our office looks and smells so much better because of them - we would love to have these ladies in particular come back and clean every week!!!

We're getting ready to put our house on the market, and wanted a thorough cleaning done. Joyce, Alex & Lisa did an amazing job doing a deep clean on our home! We also added washing the door walls, walls & trim, and the interior of the refrigerator. Everything looks fabulous and is ready for pictures and showing.

I put in an online request for an estimate one evening, got a call from a scheduler the next day and scheduled my appointment for 2 days after! Scheduler Nayomi was wonderful and my cleaning team of Lisa and Mindy were fantastic! They did a deep clean the day before an event I was having and I am looking forward to having them come back every couple weeks. I want the house to stay as it is NOW that they fixed it for me because I am a terrible housekeeper and I need their help! Just took me 50+ years to admit it. 🤦🏼‍♀️😉 Thank you Merry Maids Lexington!

Lisa and Rochelle were fabulous and professional. They walked through the house with me and asked me about trouble spots or concerns I had. They didn’t make me feel negative for wanting things done a certain way and they never spoke poorly of my home or me. Next, they prioritized cleaning my office during my lunch break to accommodate me since I work from home. They were both very pleasant and knowledgeable. They also took their time getting the details of each room and really made me so happy. I cannot express how grateful I am and look forward to seeing them again.

Not really sure what John’s issue was…. This guy works really hard to make sure his clients are happy with the service. He always asks me before taking payment if I liked the service.

The people were very nice and on time. The problem was that they knew nothing about trimming shrubbery. ( THERE ARE 17 GEOMETRIC SHAPES AND MY SHRUBBERY CONSIST OF ALL SHAPES.)

Create a Place has done trees, flower beds yard work at my home for 30 plus years awesome group to get your yard in great shape give them a call very nice friendly and great work done by these guys highly recommend them .

Great work and wonderful company of people. This is a family owned business and their work is phenomenal. Even through the heat they make sure our yard is mowed, trees trimmed, bushes trimmed up and even go as far as picking up the trash since we live near an interstate. Y’all are great, we appreciate you all!

These guys work hard in the heat and the work is great. They mow and weed around the house. They have planted my flowers, trees and built steps up my hill. If you let them know what and how you want it then they will work with you. I have been happy with the work each time they have done anything extra.

Miguel is very kind & his workers are great. They come routinely to cut my grass every two weeks. It’s great during the summer knowing they will come & I don’t have to worry about finding someone. I’ve been with them for a couple years now 😊 highly recommended!
