The removal of our trees was as expected and timely. The amount quoted was paid with only grading left to complete which was stated by Kelly to be done within 2 weeks. It has now been over a month and we cannot get them to call us back to schedule the remaining work. We are retired and my husband is disabled and has dementia. Now we don't know who to trust.....

I was told my very dead tree sitting right next to my house would be down in 6-8 weeks. I called at 6 weeks and was promised it would be down in the next two weeks. Received no call during that time. Finally scheduled but then cancelled 3 times. At 10 weeks it still wasn't down. I had been informing them of all the branches that were falling on my house. Didn't make a difference. I finally had a different service come out who confirmed that this tree should have been prioritized due to its location and condition so I decided to work with them instead.

I would never use this company again, communications were bad, did not bring the right equipment per their foreman, as a result my driveway was damaged, said they be out to take a look an never did . In my opinion they totally lack professionalism. I’m a senior citizen and a veteran
