Craig from Jordan Heating & Cooling came out right away and took care of the problem that we created. We were replacing the filters in our air return when we accidently let the plastic wrap that we took off of the new filter get sucked down the vent return. They unsealed the return from the air handler, retrieved the plastic from the blower assembly and sealed the return trunk back! Great job taking care of our mistake! Thanks!

When my unit stopped working, I called and Tim was here within a couple of hours. They arrive exactly when they say they will which is very important. Great customer service!! Tim arrived within approximately two hours of me letting the company know I had a problem. Tim and his coworker were very professional and did a thorough job of checking my ac system out. They found the problem and fixed it rather quickly I thought!!

My technician called before coming. He had an opening before my appointment so he volunteered to come earlier. That worked perfectly! While here Tim worked diligently and thoroughly. He left everything as clean as he found it. When he finished the work he went over it all with me. I could have waited to make payment, but appreciated being able to go ahead and handle it. Tim was courteous and professional. He graciously tolerated two barking dogs as well!

Great service from start to finish; very professional. Polite phone call to schedule around our needs, photo and notice that the tech is on the way, punctual. Efficient with work provided. Showed us pictures of areas needing work and was able to tell us the cost, and had the item on his truck. Very pleased
