I am very please with the quality of work and the responsiveness of the crew and staff. Dustin, Colton & Duncan are wonderful workers and pay close attention to detail on every part of my lawn. Spring clean up is a massive undertaking at our property and they did an excellent job cleaning out my beds today. Very Pleased!

The service i received from the Beam Brothers was wonderful. They removed so many leaves from my back yard and outer side of the fence. The workers who did this were diligent in their work and were very nice to interact with. I would hire the Bean Brothers again.

I was very pleased with my services from Bean Brothers Landscaping. Reuben met me and gave a competitive quote. Johnny, Drew, and Duck did the massive job of pruning every tree and shrub and hauling off a dump truck load of clippings. They also prepared a large retaining wall area by raking, leveling and smoothing the soil. Landscape fabric and mulch. Nathan was available before during and after the services and was helpful in scheduling. I can’t say enough of their professionalism and pride they took in their work.

Beyond great company!! Good hardworking people and friendly!! And there a guy that just stands out above all and has alot of determination!! Connor Jones! You guys keep up the amazing work!! Highly recommend.

Excellent experience all around! Communication is friendly, quick and clear. They were able to accommodate our last minute storm prep request. The pretreatment was so great there wasn't anything to clean up after the ice storm!!

I’ve lived in the Charlotte, NC area for 25 years plus and have NEVER had as good a feeling as I had after John-Boy, Keith, Colton, Jesse, Jason and Michael completely refurbished my flower and shrub beds, trimmed my ornamentals and trees over a two day project. I have over an acre of yard and it looks GREAT!
They worked quickly and cordially, did what they promised and over delivered on the final product. At every step they went over and above to be certain I was pleased with their efforts.

I hired Bean Broa. to trim and remove several shrubs and bushes that were terribly overgrown and tangled. Unfortunately I neglected to take photos of these shrubs before they were trimmed. But, here are pictures of what the Bean crew did. I am very happy with the results and would definitely call them if I ever need major yard work done again. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to have any yard work done.

Just want to give a shout out to Bean Brothers Landscaping for all their hard work and helping us see the vision for the side of our home. Throughout the whole process, they were very accommodating to making changes and adjusting on the fly for needs and desires. They were punctual, on time, and hard-working throughout the whole process. We really appreciated the transparency with the estimate, breaking down all the labor, material, and overall cost for the whole project. We had the pleasure of working with Katherine who orchestrated the design, the planning, execution, and management of our project. Well done. Her team did an excellent job!

This is a hard review to write. Let me start off by saving the crew that did the work deserves 4 stars but my overall experience with the management of the company was horrible. The estimator came and walked down the job and gave me a price which I haggled down about $300 on a 13,000 job. They made me pay in full in advance to accept the lower price not the 50% the contract states. The estimator also said because it was a small job they could do it in a month in between bigger jobs. I had her come out and walk it down again just to be sure we were talking the same. I even painted the lines where the work would be done. That was the last I heard from them for 3 weeks. Finally I called and was told they were getting me one the schedule and would call me back. They didn't. I called several times telling them I understood delays but I just wanted to be kept informed. They said sure. I heard nothing. I drove to the office (an hour away)just to see them. They were holding $13,000 and had never let me know when the work was scheduled. At that visit I explained that I just wanted to know that the company wasn't a scam and running off with my money. They promised to call the next week and tell me when. They didn't. I called and told them we should just cancel the whole thing and they could refund my money. Then they started talking contract and making excuses and promises. Still no schedule. I emailed the owner and received a call from them. They sent the Operations manager out and I walked down the project with him. The basic was to fill the side yard so the rain runoff would flow away from the house. Because the estimator was no longer with the company, he saw some immediate changes and we altered the scope to meet the needs of the drainage issue by adding a short retaining wall using material he had left over.
Finally the project began but I had to walk the crew through the job because the estimator never wrote a plan only an estimate of materials and hours. They did a great job for the most part. However, after the job was over, they had be sign off on the work which I did believing they solved the problem, however, we were in a dry spell so there was no way to tell for sure. They also had me initial that I would give a Google review. You know why there are so many 5 star reviews? The crew said that their income was based on 5 stars. Who wants to hurt the crew?
Finally the rain came and the project was a 90% success except the driveway still drained to the front of the house. I called them and they came out. We discussed the issue but ...they would send me an estimate to fix it. "You signed off on the work," they said. "What was I supposed to do? Make them stay until the rain?" There are other landscape companies out there that will treat you better and do the job. Don't chance these unprofessional office people who can't take the time to contact you until the owner makes them.

My yard has never looked so great… It is green and lush and healthy. Even in the winter, my yard was the greenest in the neighborhood. Dustin, the manager, has been great to work with and crew 106, including Justin, Jesse and Micheal are very thorough and meticulous. I highly recommend Bean Brothers for all your lawn maintenance and landscaping needs.

Mom’s Lanscape/Hardscape project is really starting to come together. Thanks to Bean Brothers Landscaping LLC.

Complete grading of the yard and removal of fescue. Corrected water runoff issues and drainage. Replaced underground gutter pipes with PVC. River rock all around to prevent erosion and slow water runoff. Lastly, Bermuda sod for the entire yard.

Unfortunately, I am currently not thrilled with the service I've gotten from Bean Brothers. I've had them coming out every other week. I get rain delays, but it has been well over a month at this point and my grass is out of control. I also payed them a few months ago to remove some thorn bushes and that work never got done. I've tried contacting them for the past few days by phone and email leaving messages and have heard nothing back. I'd like to continue using them, but I need more consistency than I've been getting. Update: finally spoke to someone today only to be told they won't be coming back out. I was told I'll be getting the missed week last month refunded. Very disappointing experience.
Update: They never refunded me. Shocker.

We needed major repair work done on my parents' basement banks after erosion washed parts of it away from the house. The area was a mess and definitely not a small job. From the first conversation, Bean Brothers Landscaping stood out. Nathan handled everything from the planning side and made the process easy to understand, and Tyler and his crew showed up ready to work and did a really good job. Communication was solid the whole time, the plan made sense, and the work turned out exactly how it was explained.

What really mattered to me was how they treated my mom. She's a widow and lives across the state from me, and they treated her with respect the entire time. They kept her updated, explained what was going on, and made sure she was comfortable with everything. She started out pretty apprehensive and ended up feeling completely at ease. They do good work, but they're even better people. I'd recommend them without hesitation. The attached photos show some of the great work (before and after).

The work Bean Brothers did in updating our outdoor, lakeside fire pit area was outstanding in every aspect - from design features, hardscaping, paver and retaining wall installation, safety handrail and landscape lighting installation - to final cleanup and lawn reseeding. Nathan himself made frequent site visits to monitor the project workflow, and his crews displayed a high degree of professionalism, creativity and courtesy. His Team, from the front-end Office and Scheduling Staff, to the final cleanup crew, were very attentive to detail, and amenable to our frequent questions and requests. We are delighted with the final outcome, and would readily recommend Bean Brothers Landscaping to anyone planning similar outdoor recreational area projects.
