Matt Shane, Project Forman and his team did a phenomenal job of restoring my home after a microburst storm that destroyed the roof and interior ceiling. They answered my questions promptly and professionally. Their work is excellent. I am especially grateful to Matt who shared the job of communicating insurance claim information. They are truly a great company. Will.call again for remodel and or any future repairs.

They failed to live up to the agreed upon process. They did not remove gutters nor repair rotted trim before starting work.
The roofing workmanship was a failure. There was no supervisor on site except at the beginning and end of the day, and there was no inspection by any supervisor. I had to perform inspections climbing onto the roof, and found multiple problems. After some of these were corrected (taking weeks) more issues surfaced. They failed completely on aesthetic levels. The roof edges and flashing look terrible. It was unprofessional work. The drip edges were not cornered, they nailed multiple times thru to the fascia from the roof, the shingles have waves, each skylight flashing was done differently(they are side by side), flashing was not flush on dormers, drip edges were not flush to fascia and incorrectly overlaid on gables. I have pics, but google won't let me upload them from the 'puter. There are plenty of good roofing companies out there, beware using Chapman's for anything.

We were extremely pleased with the work and highly recommend Chapman. Their quote was detailed and thorough. Services were rendered with professionalism and courtesy. They arrived at the promised scheduled time. They cleared all debris before leaving!
