Moore Mechanical (Cullen) does an outstanding job when servicing my HVAC systems. He goes beyond the minimal 'specs' of what's required and really checks everything thoroughly, even actually cleaning outdoor systems instead of just doing a surface swipe. He never pushes unnecessary extras like some bigger companies do. I highly recommend him.

Had an issue with my A/C not working well. Used Facebook to help me find someone to come look at it and I had some comments for this company. I called the number and got Cullen who was very nice and professional on the phone. I td him my issue and he headed right over. Once he arrived he went right to work after I explained what was going on, he was very nice and informed me of what he found how to fix it. It was overall an awesome experience, Cullen was professional and gave the feel of a home town worker which I loved! Highly recommend for any HVAC needs!!!

Moore Mechanical was prompt and came out for an estimate quickly. We had previously been stood up by another company, so we were thankful for their reliability. The rates were perfect, so we scheduled the install. They came out as promised and installed a new system, staying to ensure the job was done flawlessly. Our household will absolutely continue using services provided by Moore Mechanical!

I called Cullen at 3:00 pm and he was at the house by 5:00, same day service. He saved our family. Temperature was up to 85 degrees and going up during an August heat wave. Cullen came right away, fixed the problem and explained what was wrong and oh, the rate, the rate he charged was the best around. Same day, professional service at a great rate, can't find that anywhere anymore, but with Moore Mechanical.

Cullen and crew installed a
new Goodmon gas pack unit at a rental property in Wake Forest. They did an excellent job, on schedule, very courteous and at the original quote. The entire process and crew couldn't have been better.

Just had a complete new Heat Pump system and new smart thermostat installed. Very professional. Very responsive and prompt. Showed up when he said he would for the consultation and the install. Quality of work was excellent. No mess left behind. Absolutely NO complaints. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was impressed with the professional service. Arrived at my house the time he said he would be. Listened to our concern about our complicated thermostat, and replaced it with an easy to use one. Also replaced filter Grille and filter which will help our unit be more efficient. Our unit is cleaned ready for summer. And everything was a very reasonable cost. Cullen is awesome!! He was very thorough!! He found a problem with our dryer vent pipe under the house while inspecting our duct work! We highly recommend him!! He is also very friendly and great to get along with!!

My unit randomly started making noises Sunday night and by Monday my heat wouldn't turn off. I was able to get in touch with Cullen and he was able to come out quickly on Tuesday to assess my problem. Within a few minutes he was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and explain each part needed and what for. I'm back with a fully functioning unit now and thankful for all the services he's done for my family over the years. Definitely recommend.
