Reviews of local pros in Lowell, North Carolina

What a wonderful experience! Fast and professional! What a wonderful experience! THANK YOU !!!!!

Owed by very kind hearted and loving people! Which maybe I'm biased cause i love them all. Couldn't meet better people!

This best service hands down!! Will refer to anyone!!! 20yrs of knowledge in the business and will definitely be using again!

the best tree service ever! they did an amazing job🤍

We didn't use them , because Rocky showed up first and early. But I will say the last who answered the phone was wonderful and great. She was organized and knew her business. I would certainly recommend them in the future and would use them myself.

This company and his entire staff trimmed several trees and removed 2 trees on my property.
The property is on a steep hill and you cannot bring in heavy equipment.
They did an excellent job and worked there for 3 or 4 days after each day his entire staff cleaned up the yard at the end of each day. It was as though they weren't there, they went over your yard as if it was theirs with care in the clean up process.
I would use this company again and would recommend them for your tree trimming, removal, and stump removal.
Mike

We had a tree fall in our yard and we called numerous people to get quotes. They were one of the few that called back and set up a time. They were early when they came to quote us and they were early on the day they came to do the work. They were so professional, came in, got the job done, and even went to quote my sweet neighbor and clean the tree from her yard too! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing service!

I had two medium to large trees I needed removed from my yard. I decided to give Reliable Tree a call and let them place a quote as well as a couple other companies. Reliable came in lower then the other guys and since I live in Mount Holy and they are in Lowell I went with them. Mr Smith and his crew did an awesome job. They took both the trees down, hauled off all the wood and debris and ground the stumps in one day. I could not believe it. And to my amazement everything was cleaned up and raked. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Mr and Mrs Smith for being honest, professional, coming in a timely manner and keeping me informed through this whole process. You guys and your team are the best.

When I initially called Reliable, I was already impressed because someone actually answered the phone. They came out the next day for a quote. The price was great, and the guys were very professional and nice. They came and took the tree down yesterday and did a great job. I just walked outside and noticed something I missed yesterday. I had a fairly large pile of limbs in the yard that were not from the tree they took down. There had been a ton more from work I was doing, and I just hadn't finished cutting them all and getting them to the road. I'm sure it only took the guys a few minutes, but they cleaned them up! It really can just be the small things that set a company apart from the rest. They had no way of knowing that I've been in physical therapy for my neck and back and that's why it was taking me so long. Thanks so much for everything!

I hired Reliable Tree Services to trim some really big trees in my front yard and around my house. Michael and his crew showed up on time, and did the job in less than 5 hrs. They were so professional and communicated with me throughout the process to make sure I was happy with the work. They cleaned up my yard as if it was their own. Their prices were very reasonable. I didn’t feel like they were taking advantage as I felt with others that came out to give quotes. I’M VERY GRATEFUL for your help guys. Will definitely refer you and use you guy again in the future.

These guys are the best! We had 3 trees leaning in a way we didn't feel comfortable doing ourselves. They dropped them perfectly so we could do what we needed to do. Quick and great work at a great price!

I had a sweet gum tree that needed to come down immediately. Reliable came out the very next morning and did a fantastic job with the removal and clean up. Definitely will use Mike and the guys again if needed.

Update 1 yr later...
We used Mike and the guys again as I said I would and we are certainly not disappointed. Needed some trees trimmed and a couple of other trees taken down beside our house. They came out the the very day that I called to give an estimate and was upfront with what he had scheduled the following wk and that he would give me a call back in about 2 wks. He called in 2 wks and took care of my needs the next day. The work was exceptional. Still no complaints and I don't expect any. I already have some more trees that need to be fell and we certainly will give them our business again.

Cleaned my Charles Martin orange couch that I purchased from a consignment store. It looks beautiful and fresh! Quality work. Excellent service.

Cleaned my carpet which was dirty from using 4 wheel walker. Could not believe how clean it was. They are very friendly. They do a good job.

Friendly service

Great

Excellent customer service

They will not tell you how much things cost until they send you an email or else they make the prices stupid high twice the price of Amazon but better selection than home depot and faster

Great guys. Needed a $1.50 part and they helped me as if i was spending $1500. Hard to find in today's world. A+

CES is the best place in Gaston County to get anything for your electric projects,no matter what it is they have it and they have it cheaper than anyone else.

The customer service was amazing! I went to 4 other stores trying to find a specific breaker and they took the time to find it and order it for me. It was even delivered to my house the very next day! Everyone that works there is just awesome!
