I had called OBE for an emergency service call on 2/3/2017 for a commercial power fail and generator run alarm, and the tech was on site within an hour from the time of my request. I'm keeping OBE in my back pocket for the next time I need them. Chris was the tech's name, and he was on-point and got the job done ASAP. Service complete with power restored within 2-hrs of my initial request. I recommend calling OBE if you need them.

He's been a lifesaver for our Duck rental several times in the last three years. Bobby came out today and replaced our burnt-out hall light with a new LED light. The wiring in this light was really bad, and was sparking like crazy. Not to mention that all of the switches and outlets throughout our 2,000+ are old and need replacing, which will be done in the future. Bobby and I walked around the house, inside and out, so he could count out lights, switches, and note what type of switches we had. We will receive a bill in the mail, and a separate letter with the estimate to do the upcoming work. Bobby himself is very polite and answered all the questions I had. I would recommend Suburban Electric, and Bobby, to anyone.
