Quality Air Makers have fixed several units for me with very short notice. Always professional and on time.

I did a lot of research and decided I want to to go with the Amana 16 unit because of the warranty. So I found Quality Air Maker's was an Amana dealer and called them. He came out and showed me a few options and even offered monthly payments, which is great because I didn't want to try to find thousands of dollars to replace my AC. I am definitely recommending them to all my friends and family. Thank you so much Dillan. It's really nice to find someone you can trust in the service industry! We had The Quality Air Makers team replace both of our heat pump systems over the winter and we have been anxious to see how well they performed in the summer months. I am thrilled to report that even in this extreme heat we are experiencing our house is more comfortable than it’s ever been! The thermostat stays on 71 degrees and so does the house! Best home improvement dollars spent to date!! Great job guys!!

Great experience! Nice and respectable. Troubleshot the system several times to find a worn wire grounding out communication from thermostat. Heat fixed it was cold out!

My husband and I are new to the area. We just moved from Florida in May. We are renovating his childhood home. We already called Quality Air makers within a week of moving here because we had AC that was terrible and needed all new ductwork. They did a great job! Cut to July and we had had insulation removed under the house and we found an issue with our furnace, We were losing a lot of air out of the old furnace and it was making the house insufferable. unfortunately, my uncle in Florida passed and we had been waiting a few weeks for this appointment for them to remove our old furnace, My husband’s aunt was here to let them in while we were away for the funeral, Quality Air Makers removed our old furnace and capped it off. Unfortunately, during the process, a cable that we all thought was deleted, it turns out it wasn’t and shouldn’t have been cut but it was. This then caused our AC to stop working. We came home two days later to find the house at 88 degrees.

As soon as we contacted Quality Air Makers, which was honestly with in 5 minutes of me leaving very frantic and upset voicemails, they responded. Within about 20-30 minutes, a technician was at our home, quickly diagnosed the issue, his son, who I believe is the owner then came and both of them got our AC back up and running. What really stood out to us was not just the speed and skill, but the genuine empathy they showed during a difficult time for our family.

Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds says everything. Quality Air Makers handled it with professionalism, compassion, and urgency. We truly appreciate their care and highly recommend them. I will recommend them to everyone and they have made a customer out of us for as long as we live here!

They came to my house at the beginning of this snowy weather on their off hours. Worked on my air/ heat pack unit in the freezing weather. I thank them so much. I would call them again in a heartbeat.
