I had this service completed and less than a year it’s not working and they will not stand behind their work!

Regardless if it’s through a warranty company or not you should want to stand behind your work. I would never want to own a company and say that I halfway do my work and want other people to handle it for me. You should be the first to say my work didn’t stand up to the quality it should and I’m embarrassed. Quit blaming other companies such as AHS for your installation failure

Jenny in the front office was very responsive and got me scheduled very quickly. Scott the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Scott went above and beyond to educate me and built trust instantly. Scott was very reliable and efficient.

RESPONSE TO COMPANY:You never discussed replacement, never went through with a leak search, never went through ANY explanation and ran from the house without saying a word! Your ONLY solution was adding freon to an ALREADY LEAKING SYSTEM. A clear way to steal money from unknowing customers. When I called you out on it is when you said "yeah, it probably is leaking" then RAN! This review is 100% accurate and everyone should know what your company is doing! You guys a scammers. Period. REVIEW WILL NOT COME DOWN

FRAUD!!! Only had them come out due to the home warranty company. These people tried to charge my mother $75 a pound for refrigerant WITHOUT checking the coil for leaks! I am a certified HVAC tech and can tell you, these people do not follow procedures! Had my mother done what they said, she would be without AC again within a few weeks, refrigerant would continue to leak. Her unit is 30 years old, with a leaking coil that I CONFIRMED WITH MY LEAK DETECTOR! When I confronted these frauds and demanded they do a leak search, guess what they did! They grabbed their tools and ran!! Later, I called and they had the nerve to lie and say our RESIDENTIAL TOWNHOUSE is a commercial property 😂 what kind of lie is that??? At least give your lies a good effort!! PLEASE BE AWARE AND DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! AND FOR YOUR OWN SAKE, GO WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY!!! Not some scummy business that will only steal your money!

Love Wilson HVAC. They've done several projects for me from full HVAC replacement (AC, furnace, ducting) to twice yearly maintenance. Always fairly priced. Highly recommend.
