Was able to get our refrigerator working quickly.

They were excellent communicators and kept me advised from appt confirmation they to the actual appt. The tech that came to my house was thorough and diligent and fixed the issue and gave me how to move forward. I'd bought a second hand high end stove on marketplace and thanks to these guys... I got a deal and it's works as good as new and I saved 3000.00 off of what I would have had to pay for a new stove.

The dryer vent service was very professional and helped identify an issue thst needed to be addressed. Very happy we used this company and plan to continue working with them.

They sent a technician out within two days to determine what the problem was. They had to order a part and they had it here as he said the first part of the week and they came and installed it and have a very timely fashion, and it works great.

Stan arrived early on a Sunday and had our issue fixed in no time.

Our technician with CTL Appliance Repair quickly identified the part that had gone bad on our gas stove. They had a new part on them and were able to replace and get everything working in less than 30-minutes. I appreciated how they explained what the part was and how it worked on our specific stove model. They saved me at least $1000 on needling to buy a new stove and I learned a lot. I will call CTL Appliance Repair again in the future when I need help. I found them on Thumbtack and am so grateful. Thank you!

Repair man was prompt, polite and very informative! He explained the problem with my ice maker clearly and he was very respectful of his work space. Very thoughtful and I would recommend this company highly!

We had just bought a Samsung oven from a friend and The heat element went out. They come out on a Sunday diagnosed it ordered the part. Had the part there within two days and fix it the same day we’ll definitely use them again. Stan did an awesome job.

I have a vintage chest freezer, probably made in the 1960's, that has been passed down to me. With a same day appointment to find the problem and pretty quick turn around for ordering a new part, my freezer was back up and running faster than I expected. I'm so glad I don't have to let go of this freezer yet! Eugene was very kind, knowledgeable, and he answered all of my questions. He was able to find a modern part that's compatible and my freezer's back to running faithfully!
