I had an issue with my Samsung refrigerator not cooling properly and Vlad came out to take a look. He showed up on time and was very professional. Within just a few hours he diagnosed and fixed the problem and even repaired my ice maker at the same time. He also performed maintenance to make sure everything runs smoothly going forward. I was impressed with how quickly the fridge started cooling again, it felt cold within hours! Vlad is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of the questions.
