I've been using my woodstove a lot during the cooler months here in Matthews and wasn't sure if it was time for a chimney sweep. Zen Chimney Cleaning sent Kai out to inspect everything. He let me know that a sweep wasn't needed just yet, which I really appreciated since it showed they were honest and not just trying to sell me something. During the inspection, Kai also noticed some mortar issues in the brick chase and some damage to the crown. I'm planning to have them handle those repairs when the weather warms up. The crew was friendly and easy to talk to, making the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone needing chimney services in the area.
