I got my hardwoods redone by Ronald’s Painting & Home Improvement and they came out beautiful! I appreciated the their explanation on the timeline for this project as I wasn’t aware of all the steps and how long it’ll take for each coat of stain and clear to dry. I was able to make plans accordingly to be away from the house while the work was done. Will have them out soon for some more work.

We hired Ronald’s Painting and home improvement to help get our home ready for sale. They painted the interior, painted our kitchen cabinets, fixed any exterior rotting and trim on the windows, and they painted our garage floors with Epoxy. His crew was professional, they worked hard, and they got the job done on schedule. Ron always returns my calls and gives great customer service. With his help we sold quickly and above asking price! Crew came in and power washed house, replaced rotted wood, and painted entire outside house in 3 days. I would recommend them to anyone. I definitely will use again for the inside of my house. Before and after pictures show their work!!!

I recently hired Ron's Painting in Charlotte because I needed my house trim painted and railing fixed and I'm thoroughly impressed with the results. His team was on time and the team was very professional from start to finish. The work was done in an efficient manner, the job was reasonably priced. We had a great experience with the team. We had all the exterior window and door trims repaired (where there was rot) and repainted. Ronald’s team was efficient and friendly and greatly improved the appearance of our house. They were able to remove and replace certain wood rotted areas seamlessly. We also had the front door painted and it was a quick add on. Would work with them again!

This home depot has just forgot customet service .. two weeks in a row .. no one wants to help with sheetrock .. they will watch you load your cart and help a person pick out a 4 foot long 2x2 piece of wood then not say a word and just walk off.. for you handle it yourself .. or walk by with there phone to their ear the 2nd employee ..who would not help .
I really love it when you when you put $500 worth of lumber on your cart push to the front and a guy then ask you can he help you .after he walk by you three times .. also when you do get someone to help you and he got a attude of why are you making me do a job.. i have been coming to this home depot for 20 years .. never has it been this bad on service .. so it has come that my company and my personal business will be going elsewhere . They really don't want my business anyway . Richard mclemore

Complete terrible customer service. Tied to order approximately $8000 in lumber and all I got was the run around. No one at the pro desk had to ask for help from the 3rd employee that walked by and she didn’t have a clue and sent me to customer service. Go to customer service and she tried to send me back to the pro desk and once I said they sent me here the she wanted me to give here the SKU numbers for the lumber I needed. Headed to Lowe’s now I know they will help me.

I am absolutely insulted by the conversation I just had. I requested a quote to resurface my kitchen cabinets. I had an appointment scheduled for this Saturday to meet someone to take a look. A service rep called to confirm the appointment and asked if my husband would be there. I said no. She then said she strongly suggests that he is there. I told her that I am handling this. She strongly suggested again that he needed to be there and that the designer preferred him to be there. I already said that I am handling this. She continued to tell me he needed to be there. Did we just jump back 60 years ago where I have to get my husband's permission to make a decision? I understand they may want him there to see if he has any input, but I already told them I would be handling this. I told them that I would go somewhere else. I may return all the flooring I just purchased as well. I will definitely be using someone else in the future.

I like beautiful patio furniture in Home Depot. And of course you can find here a lot of great deals and also everything you might ever need for home repairs. I think they just could just have more options of some stuff, like light switches of gardening tools.

The techs that cleaned our ducts and vents were awesome. I am amazed at the level of detail they went into for the cleaning. They were super friendly and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
