The Charlotte Personal Assistant service has been an absolute God send for my family! The level of professionalism, consistency, attention to detail, courtesy, and productivity is top notch, & I couldn’t be more pleased after each weekly visit! Erica and her team are beyond 5 stars, you won’t be disappointed!!

I can honestly say that a five star rating is not high enough for this company and the woman that work there. I have had Melanie and Stacy cleaning my house for the past year. I have taken vacations and given a house key to Stacy. (Melanie is no longer doing my house). There is nothing better than I like, then to come home to a sparking home. I never have to worry or wonder if they are cleaning it, or just sitting and relaxing (as some people would do). So far, I have had several people ask for Erica’s number to have someone do their homes.
I had one incident where one of the woman could not make it to clean and I had plans for the house. Large company. This was one of those times I had to have a clean house. Erica fixed the problem; she came herself and did the cleaning.
In all the times I have left Melanie or Stacy by themselves, I never found a thing missing. I have on several occurrences left money out. It was all there when I got back home.
If you are looking for a company that stands behind its talk of being a straight and up right company, then you have come to the one and only cleaning company you will need for anything.

I live in the Lake Norman and was looking for a reliable house keeper and contacted Erica on a recommendation. She was incredibly polite. We discussed details (frequency, preferred schedule, size of home, number of pets, floor type, insurance, liability, rate, invoice delivery, etc.) to ensure our expectations were consistent. She sent Lauren who has been cleaning my house ever since. Lauren is always on time, thorough, detail oriented, pleasant and diligent. She is friendly and courteous while knowing she has a job to do. It is refreshing to be able to leave the house in the care of someone so trustworthy and competent. Even my dogs look forward to her visit! Never have I dealt with a more professional, reliable, consistent, accommodating, customer service driven domestic services company.

Erica was friendly, reliable, thorough and professional! She did an amazing job deep cleaning my home and truly worked hard the entire time! Erica and her team were fabulous to work with. We had a special circumstance where we live out of state and wanted to arrange to pay for some cleaning services for family living outside of Charlotte experiencing health issues. We were able to coordinate everything remotely with Erica's help and we got glowing reviews from our family about how kind, thorough and professional the person who cleaned their home was. We will definitely use again in the future.

Incredible. I was speechless. Sa’mone was able to get out EVERY stain - I’m talking dog vomit, pee, the works. My entire home smells and feels so much better. Erica was timely, flexible, communicative and direct about what could be done. What would have been days of work in a normal schedule, they did in hours. Such relief. My favorite part is that they do so much more than clean! Overall, I can’t recommend them enough. We will definitely have them on speed dial.

Heidy and Maria are very professional and courteous. It's the highlight of my bi-weekly visit to see them at my door. I know my home will be looking and smelling good. Their cleaning service is excellent.

I was one of Erica's first clients. She is extremely professional and has always done a fantastic job. Stacey now helps with my cleaning and she is wonderful. Not only is she professional and thorough she is so kind and a joy to have in my home. I cannot express how grateful I am that she is able to be flexible with her schedule on occasion even though I know it creates hardships juggling her busy schedule. Not only does she do a superb job cleaning, but it is great having someone in my home that I can trust as family or a friend.

We are so blessed to have Heidi working in our home. Her disposition is cheerful, and she is diligent in her work, whether cleaning or tackling other miscellaneous tasks. She gets a lot done, and does it well!

Erica is fantastic! Having her support with laundry has been a game changer, I am able to stay on top of the mountains of clothes. She is quick and efficient, like a magical fairy that makes my laundry disappear from the floor and into the drawers! This service has given me more time to spend with my family, reduced my stress level and allowed me pre time to take care of things that have been on my to do list for months!
Erica is professional, always on tome and flexible with my schedule. She is also very knowledgeable on pothole adjustments that can make a big difference long term. I highly recommend her and appreciate her very much!

I wrote an honest review for this business a few weeks ago and felt pressured into deleting it because of the response from the owner.
I gave it more thought, and I’ve decided to repost it, because others should know how this business operates when there is an issue.

My primary complaint is Erica’s inability to take responsibility. She did decent cleanings for me for a few months, but I noticed every time that I checked in on my elderly cats on the Ring camera that she was there paying more attention to her phone than what was going on in my apartment (FaceTime calls, continuous texting, etc). The last time she cleaned she lost my apt key fob, and she stated her concern that one of my cats may have swiped it. I told her I would immediately leave work to come home and look for it, and I would be there within 15 minutes. While there was no way to lock my apartment (as she lost the only key and the door didn’t have an automatic lock), she expressed that she didn’t want to wait, because she was late for her next cleaning. I lived on the corner of south tryon and west morehead street in south end, in an apartment building that had people and couriers coming in and out all day long, so I asked her to stay until I could get there, as I was not comfortable with my home being left unattended and unlocked. When I got there and started looking for the key, she started reading to me from Google about pets that had ingested key fobs and the terrible things that could happen to them if they did. I was blown away by the insensitivity, told her I would take it from there, and asked her to leave at that point. After she left, I and someone from the maintenance team tore apart the apt looking for the key fob… it couldn’t be found, so ultimately I had to take my cats to the vet for xrays which cost over $300 to ensure they hadn’t ingested them. Thankfully they had not. I let Erica know this and that the replacement cost for the key was $50. She offered to waive her $80 cleaning fee and proceeded to tell me about the stress and money the day had cost HER. I was truly blown away. After I expressed that I no longer desired her services… Accidents happen, but I felt that if she had been paying more attention and focused less on her phone, it might not have happened. I also told her that I did not feel good about how she had handled the situation at all. She continued to send me lengthy messages criticizing me and calling me “rude and unkind”… to the point that I had to block her texts. The whole ordeal, deflecting and lack of accountability in the aftermath was really shocking.

*I delayed posting a review about this, until after I moved, so as to not provide location details of where I was living for anyone and everyone on the internet.

I highly recommend Charlotte Personal Assistant Services LLC for your cleaning needs! The owner Erica does a great job with communication, flexibility and is easy to work with. Their cleaning staff is incredibly attentive and makes sure all my needs are met.

I have been extremely happy with the cleaning services. Sam and Heidi have done a great job and always leave my home smelling and looking great. Erica, the owner, is very professional and flexible with scheduling. It’s also nice that she uses a scheduling portal to confirm appointment dates/times, so you know who to expect at your home for the cleaning service. I highly recommend!
