John answered my call close to 8 PM, established that we'd turned off the main water, and offered to come first thing in the morning. He and his coworker were timely, polite, and quickly repaired the problem. They mounted a new faucet far more securely than the old one. I was extra pleased with how tidy their repair looked. John made sure the faucet was perfectly straight, the sealant was super tidy and almost invisible, and the siding was repaired as neatly as possible, even though it was just a garden spigot behind a bush. I found it quite professional. And the price was fine. I would hire again.
