They don't even deserve one star. Called made an appointment and no one showed or even called. I tried calling them no answer and voice mail was full. The only thing I keep getting from them is to ask for a review. Well now you've got the review you keep asking for so now please leave me alone. Southend plumbing took care of everything and had it all done in one day.

We called John at Payless Plumbers Matthews for an emergency repair & had a good experience. I broke a garden hose faucet clean off the side of our house, leaving a broken pipe in the wall, late in the evening. John answered my call close to 8 PM, established that we'd turned off the main water, and offered to come first thing in the morning. He and his coworker were timely, polite, and quickly repaired the problem. They mounted a new faucet far more securely than the old one. I was extra pleased with how tidy their repair looked. John made sure the faucet was perfectly straight, the sealant was super tidy and almost invisible, and the siding was repaired as neatly as possible, even though it was just a garden spigot behind a bush. I found it quite professional. And the price was fine. I would hire again.
