I would never want to give a review that would reflect negatively on any business and this review isn't about actual services. It is about customer service leading up to the service. When an appointment is scheduled and not kept. Someone should call ahead of time to notify the customer of a change. No one should contact a customer two hours after the scheduled appointment to change the appointment and then reschedule the reschedule. I would strongly recommend investing in a scheduling system that would help resolve any scheduling conflicts and provide overall great customer service. My intent isn't to be negative but to provide a recommendation to enhance overall customer service.

I was able to get my house washed and the deck stained for a reasonable price. Once the work started it was done quickly and we had to account for rain delays which did push back the staining.

Considering we haven't had our 17 year old house cleaned once since we bought it, I didn't have high hopes for what could be done. However, Paradise Pros more than exceeded my expectations. The pricing was very reasonable and the quality of the work was exemplary. My driveway and back patio practically shine and the stains on the gutters (that elbow grease and bleach didn't budge) have magically disappeared. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else the next time we want a cleaning (and it won't be 17 years).

I called on a Tuesday and they were busy for the week, however, I needed it done ASAP, was so thankful that they put me in for that Friday. They did such a great job cleaning the siding. They let me know everything they were doing, charged me what they said, which was very reasonable. I was out of state and they were so personal and professional that I will recommend them to any and everyone, thank you Joe!

Joey also owns Oasis Bathroom Remodels. If I could do 0 stars I would. He kept asking for $$$ and never finished the job. He never answer's the phone. He hires helpers and never pay's them. Both my bathroom's tile work has to be ripped out and redone.

My concrete was close to black before calling Paradise Pro’s. Now it looks brand new! They even got some spots I couldn’t get up with pressure washing. With all that cleaning they still managed to keep all my delicate plants safe and sound. I’ll be calling them for all my house cleaning needs 💯👌🏽
