Our A/C went out on Saturday morning so we called several places we found on the internet and of course no one called back. I found Dino's number and lives close to us. He came over right away and the repair was done in about 5 minutes at a reasonable price.

I had my seasonal maintenance checkup for my HVAC. As has been the case in the past, had a great experience with the folks at Air Worx. The service tech that came this time was Ryan Carter who I knew from doing business with another heating and air service. Ryan was right there on time. Ryan is very through and professional! He is courteous and very respectful with his customers as well as their property and equipment. I feel you can't go wrong with Shelton's Air Worx. Matt and Ryan along with the other techs and staff make doing business with SHELTON'S AIR WORX a true pleasure and a great value for the money!

UPDATE: 8/17/2025
Had another outstand house call on 8/14. Ryan was my tech and as always does a super job. Ryan is always courteous, respectful, efficient and professional. He was here this time for a maintenance check-up. During his inspection he found an issue with the blower and made me aware of it right away. This fix will be handled in the next few days. As always top notch service with Ryan and with Shelton's Air Worx!

The blower issue I spoke of in my last update has now been fixed and again top notch work. The work was completed this time by Matt Dunlap from Airworx. He was here as scheduled. Replace the part and tested everything to make certain that all was working as it should. Matt was able to complete the replacement and repair in just a few minutes. He is very efficient and professional as well as being very friendly and respectful. You can't go wrong with Shelton's Air Worx. Everyone is great at what they do and always provide an excellent experience. Thanks to Matt and to Air Worx for everting!

I called about an issue with our heat pump on Friday afternoon. It was still working, but just needed to have some things checked…not urgent, just wanted to get on their books. Someone was sent at the very next available appointment which was first thing Monday morning. Matt was SO very nice & professional at our home today. He was prompt, took care of the issue quickly & made sure we understood any actions we would need to take in the future. Highly recommend this company.

the Tech went above and beyond his service, to our unit, and our needs. he explained what he was doing and kept us informed of the progress, of the steps that he was doing. we were extremely pleased with his work and how knowledgeable he was in his job performance. the solution to the problem with the unit, is understandable, and will gladly accept the units repair when the parts come in. he is an asset to your business, friendly, yet humble at the same time. he has been to our home before and will gladly continue to work with him.

Our heat went out and called Shelton’s and they came out that afternoon. The two techs were awesome !!! Very friendly, fixed the problem quickly. Rates were very reasonable and no outrageous service fee. Highly recommend them for your heat and AC work !!!!

2. Very knowledgeable. Matt was dealing with a totally new problem and he worked it out. He got our heat pump working.
3. Fair price for work done. And Matt was honest when discussing replacement costs and future options.
