5+ Stars for Ruso Installations. Ruben and his guys replaced our roof and gutters. He is very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job. They were on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. Ruben kept us up-to-date through the whole process. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done just right and see if we had any questions or concerns. He and his crew took extra care when removing the old shingles. Then they HAND NAILED the new ones. Even though it took longer than other speedy roof installers who would rush to get it done and move on, Ruben and his guys took the extra time to ensure it was done right. They also installed "drip edges" all around. This serves a very important purpose and adds a nice aesthetic touch. I haven't seen those on any of my neighbor's houses. We are now in discussion with him to replace our windows.

Ruso Installations is by far one of the best siding, seemless gutter and window replacement company’s we have ever worked with. Ruben was extremely professional and very willing to assist us in making decisions on the siding and windows we used at our last investment property. As an investor we look to get quality work done for the best price possible. We highly recommend them and we will continue to use Ruso Installations for our future projects.

Admittedly I called from the wrong state because i wasnt paying attention, but Justin went above and beyond when it came to helping me answer questions I had. He provided really good insight and helped me troubleshoot some solutions to some of my issues and overall was incredibly professional!

My wife and I had a water leak emergency. Servpro east dispatched a crew in a very timely manner. They arrived within one hour of the call. Micheal and Justin did an excellent job and have followed up with daily visits to monitor the equipment that they deployed and checking the moisture level in my hardwood floors.

Highly recommend! Had a water damage yesterday on Thanksgiving, and Called SERVPRO of Greensboro East. Andy had crews onsite and communicated the whole time. They saved the day!

Owners don't fix my mobile home during a year and a half. Quite place, but not sure you like it.

Worst experience. They only care about money not people or quality of work. Avoid and there are many other good options available in the area.

Company was subcontracted to do ac work on a remodel project. Tried to install an inferior product and got busted. I wouldn't advise using these people at all. A "Gree" unit is Chinese and a Mitsubishi is A Japanese made unit. Sorry you couldn't get your kickback by installing garbage. Nice try though.

Mike and his team have always provided me with excellent hvac services. They even saved me money on my new unit, which was nice. They have done work at my parents house as well and they love the great service. These bad reviews on here are trolls, probably not even real.
