My AC went out on Labor Day. He still came out and checked out the problem but told us that he wouldn’t be able to fix anything until tomorrow because everything was closed on Labor Day. (Which was understandable). He came the very next morning and fixed our AC for us. He was very nice to the dogs we had in the house and the children. Would definitely recommend their service again.

I would highly recommend. I replaced my furnace and air conditioning units and interviewed four different companies. Carolina Quality Heating and Air Conditioning was by far the best value. They were very knowledgable and listened better than any of the others. I felt important and had the greatest piece of mind in my decision to choose them. This is the type of company that could teach others how to do things right.

The company has very courteous and nice people working for them. They replaced / installed an American Standard unit for me and I would glady let them do it again. The unit did have some issues after about 2 years with the pump motor, but Mike and American Standard replaced it at no cost. American Standard is a highly rated company and typically has a very good product. Mike takes care of their customers!!

Terrible service I would not recommend this to a dog. They let a 70 year old lady stay in a house with no heat and then they want to charge $1500 to come out and fix it when there was no kind of warning that the guarantee was gonna run out on the heating unit. They did not let her know until after it had ran out I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone Justin the server who came out is terrible and I will be calling my attorney as soon as possible

Ike Green and Mike Green JR, are trustworthy and offer superior service. I have had others say my unit was shot, and Mike showed me a way of making the unit last longer. I have bought two complete units from Carolina Quality.

Let's start with the Customer Service. Five star all the way. Mike takes you along with him explaining what he's doing and why. The quote process was very educational. The team that came out to install our equipment was very professional, and clean.
My house has never been more comfortable. Not only are we cool, but we feel the difference in the humidity. I wish we would have replaced our unit years ago. They have gained another "Forever Customer"
