Missed major things consistantly. Had a deep
Clean and ceiling fans were missed. During another cleaning a whole bathroom was missed. Another cleaning underside of toilet seat left dirty my plug in oil fteshners were turned upside down on the sinks so all tne oil ran out, their are holes in the top why would you sit them upside down? and last straw was in a bathroom lifted up a white tub mat and was dirty. Everytime they came something was left dirty. How do you clean a tub and not clean the tun mat? Not worth the $$ when you have to go back and cleam behind them.

We've used Clean Away Maids (formerly Michelle's Maid Service) for over 10 years. Very flexible to work with and they do a great job. They had some understandable staffing issues over the pandemic which we were happy to accommodate. Michelle is awesome to deal with. Like most services they charge a bit more for the first deep clean but then the cost is more reasonable and customizable.

Our family has used Clean Away Maids for about 17 years. The cleaning crew is reliable, hardworking, and pleasant to be around. They do a great job whether I am home or not. Michelle is easily reachable via text. We have a set cleaning time, and she works hard to accommodate me when changes in my schedule come up. The price is reasonable, and I have never looked into another service.
