I’ve had Mr. Brantley doing my yard for almost as long as I’ve lived here. He has always done an incredible job, charges a fair rate, and is extremely communicative about scheduling and weather. Easily the most professional and personable business owner in the area. As long as I stay local, I’ll keep having Brantley’s get my yard every season.

Mr. Gayles did a highly professional job for us. He personally assured that the work was well completed within quality parameters at a very reasonable cost. We recommend his services and will continue relying on him for our yard maintenance.

One of the most experienced Licensed Electricians in the Tri-County Area. Has been doing a phenomenal job as an Electrician for well over 35 years!!

I have never actually used their services before. The reason I am taking time out of my day is because I was stuck behind one of their white pickup trucks today and the driver was either drunk, or really bad at texting while driving. I watched as they swerved from one side of the road to the other. Tires crossed over the double yellow on the left and swerved back when they saw traffic coming and touched the grass on the other side a few times. This was around 7:35 today 4/13/21 on Smithfield road heading into Wendell in case any managers are interested.

These guys are super nice, pleasant to be around and get the job done. Paul and his guys came out to run a 220 line for me and ended up doing more than I asked them to and it didn’t end up costing much more. I love finding local honest companies. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended

Paul came and installed 3 new outlets in our home. The job was done in a timely manner and the quality of work is excellent! Would highly recommend and will call him again if I need more work done.

This company is terrific. They are affordable, honest, responsive and utterly reliable. They installed the charger for my EV at a very reasonable price. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job quickly and neatly. They are my go to for any and all electrical work. I feel lucky to have found them.

The electrical meter box on the side of our house developed a "short" causing power issues. The lights would dim, circuit breakers would click off, etc. Obviously we were concerned. We called Pro-Tects, from the Duke energy website. Barron was able to come out the same day to diagnose the problem. He also gave us immediate safety suggestions and made us a priority for repair.

Barron determined the meter box needed replaced. The fix required an electrical permit and coordination with Duke Power to turn off power to the house followed by an electrical inspection. Pro-Tects & Sean (who performed the actual meter replacement) managed the process quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Once the process started, they had literally everything handled within hours. Frankly, we don't know how anyone could pull off all the co-ordination necessary! But they did!
And the icing on the cake was their very reasonable pricing!

I chose to go with Pro-Tects through the Duke Energy website. The experience was nothing but positive. Joe came out to provide an estimate to install several exterior outlets, an outlet undercabinet for a dishwasher and an outlet for the kitchen peninsula.....running 2 new circuits to the breaker. The estimate was very reasonable given the scope of the work. A competing company wanted to charge me $89 just to look at the job.

Joe from Pro-Tects was very efficient and professional. I haven't had much luck with contractors in the Johnston/Wayne County area over the past decade.......with Pro-Tects, I couldn't recommend them more.

Good work. They were nice and courteous but be prepared to pay their rates. They are a little pricey. They explain what they are going to do before they do it.

Great job!!! This guy came back a second trip and was 20.00 less than the quote!! I paid him the quote of course. That's called work ethics and integrity kids! Saddle up!

Be VERY careful with this guy and his wife. He IS NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER. As a matter of fact, don't use him at all. He completely replaced our well water pump and all the while was making things WORSE. He literally used a gas fitting on a water well pipe. So, not only has our water been CONTAMINATED, we lose water at least every couple months and it's because he comes over to "fix" it,when he's been RIGGING OUR PUMP AND MAKING IT WORSE. He finally refused to come over and fix his mistakes AGAIN, (which now we know why, he simply didn't have the knowledge to correctly install or fix our well pump) so, we called a legitimate, LICENSED plumber. He found all of problems and now everything has been fixed the way it should've been upon installation, which has been at least two years. I have the before & after pictures & logged work of the current plumber, which will be great once it come time to look him eye to eye in court for over $1600 in damages. He's simply a "handy man" and not a very good one, at that. DO NOT USE JOHNSONS PLUMBING for ANYTHING!!! If I could give him LESS than one star, I would.

Johnson Plumbing is 100% the Best! I don’t know why you would want to use anyone else. They always go above and beyond. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.
