I had Zo clean my air conditioning units in anticipation of summer, and he took care of several potential issues that clearly showed substantial wear to fairly old equipment. I appreciated his thoroughness in taking care of those so I can prolong the life of the equipment for a couple of years longer.

Just had my HVAC tuneup yesterday. Mia helped me make the appointment. She’s very professional and was quick to help me find a compatible appointment date. Alvo and Juan are the ones who did the tune up. Very professional and efficient. Love everyone at Airtron! I always recommend for upkeep and repairs.

We've had nothing but positive experiences with Charlotte Heating and Air so far. They installed a new A/C unit for us in 2024, and that process went smoothly. Unfortunately the unit acted up last night. I talked to Mary in the office, she was so gracious, professional, and helpful. She got a tech to come out within an hour! Our tech, Zo, was also friendly, helpful, professional, and ever-so patient with our sweet, but protective & loud, doggie. It seems that it will only take a couple of days to get the part and get someone back out to fix it, and it is still under warranty. Highly recommended!
