I worked with Shannon and she was so professional and down to earth she worked with me with payment options and even sent my results sooner than expected. I would highly recommend her services any day to anybody she does a great job and she knows her stuff, I highly recommend her services.

Bowen Team provided expert and professional water mitigation, floor restoration, and flooring was replaced, stained, and sealed perfectly. Ill aspects of the restoration project were handled by Sal in his teams, even down to the retouch of paint and matching of necessary paint touch up. Sal and his teams provide the greatest care during a very stressful Event. I would highly recommend this team.

Very poor communication. We have been misinformed on several occasions for the same service project. We are left waiting around all day to then be informed the tech told us incorrect and they would not be coming. Or left waiting around for an estimate appointment that was never needed in the first place, and therefore canceled by ServPro. Further delaying the process. We are in an apartment so communication is naturally delayed, but we are told nothing unless we bug the front office, and they in turn bug ServPro. Wasted a whole Saturday waiting for them to come, after being told by the tech repeatedly they would be coming on Saturday to fix the damage. To later be told they weren’t (after we reached out repeatedly). And then after complaining, the minimum they did was pick up their equipment. Then, after scheduling the next appointment a week later due to our schedule, they canceled that appointment saying it was never needed and the estimate could be done via photos. Why was this not done during the whole week they had? It has been an incredibly frustrating process.

I'm so thankful for the team at Servpro. They came in, inspected my home, and gave me a fair price. DaQuan was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process, especially what to expect when dealing with the insurance company. I really appreciated his professionalism and patience. Highly recommend!

We recently experienced a water leak from a washing machine hose, and SERVPRO was recommended to us by two different sources. In dealing with Jose and other members of the Mitigation crew, our experience with SERVPRO was excellent from start to finish. They took care of our problem, and we were very pleased overall.

ServPro was able to come to our house within hours of identifying a water leak and quickly assess and begin responding to the identified issues. Great service. Everyone there is so friendly -- unfortunately I have had to call upon Servpro twice within the past year due to two separate instances of water damage. I regret that I do not remember the names of everyone involved each time, but my primary mitigators this time around are Pete, Maykol, and Steve. They are all so helpful, friendly, and nice. I don't know much of anything about home ownership and insurance, but they have walked me through everything and done a great job at getting my house back to where it needs to be. SERVPRO has been amazing to work with in helping get our home back to normal after we had a pipe leak and mess up half the flooring in our downstairs. Caleb and his team quickly got to our house to get all the water removed and Rick and his team did a wonderful job getting the floors and drywall installed. Every member of the team was kind and professional.

Dylan and Maykol were a great team. I came home to a loft space and master bedroom that were damaged and Servpro sent these two to help dry out my rooms and get it cleaned up. They were so helpful in moving my furniture out of the space and taking my no longer usable mattress away so that I didn’t have to deal with it. I appreciate their kindness and efficiency!

Long story short - Daquan and Dan are absolute rockstars and anyone who gets the chance to work with them is extremely lucky! Throughout the entire restoration process, they were there for me, keeping me updated and fighting for my best interests the whole time. Thank you Daquan and Dan!!!!!

I had a flood occur in February of this year, and again in late April (terrible, terrible luck). I switched to ServPro after a negative experience with another company, and I have never been so happy with a decision in my life. The restoration took over six months, mostly due to battles with my (now former) insurance company. Daquan went to bat for me more times than I can count, and was able to escalate the issue to the point where it actually got resolved. Without his help, I would still be on hold with the claims agent!

When the insurance process was finally complete, Dan came in to complete the repairs. From the get-go, he was patient, understanding, and quick to get everything aligned. The repairs only took a couple of weeks thanks to his diligence and expertise. Every time I had a question, I could contact him straight away. I never even asked for an update because he kept me so well informed. I would trust Dan with absolutely any project, big or small.

Based on my experience with both of these excellent ServPro team members, I would highly, highly recommend them. I’ve had enough home damages happen this year to last me for the next decade, but I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again if another home repair was needed.
