Excellent service. Taylor researched our outdoor fireplace issues prior to the appointment and helped to resolve the problem.

Our technician Forest was very professional and courteous. He inspected our 50 year old chimney and started our fire logs at our new house. He not only explain what he was doing but showed me photographs of his progress. He protected all the surfaces around our fireplace and was very clean. We look forward to our relationship with Owen's Chimney Systems for years to come.

I needed my gas fireplace repaired. I had three different companies come out and tell me they couldn't figure it out, or gave me a crazy high price for a completely new fireplace installation. Finally, I called Owens and I wished I would have called them first! Brandon came on time (in fact, he was early), was extremely professional and figured out the problem right away. He had the parts on his truck and it was fixed within an hour. It was easy as could be! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a repair.

We had an urgent issue with our fireplace and Owen’s helped troubleshoot by phone and sent someone out to repair same day! Everyone was so friendly and helpful including the office staff and our technician Timothy Boyd. Got the issue fixed and everything explained!

Ryan and Matthew installed our wood stove recently, and we could not be more pleased with it! This was my 3rd inspection/bid to replace the liner of my Chimney! The tech from Owens was by far the most professional and through. He provided excellent communication throughout the whole process! He was the only one of the 3 that totally removed the existing fireplace and performed camera inspections from the top and bottom! He was careful and extremely tidy throughout the whole process! If the repairs go as well as the inspection I can’t imagine using any other company besides Owen’s!!

Owen's Chimney Systems did a wonderful job! We recently had our vented logs changed to vent-free logs. Luke and Andrew came promptly on time. They did a great job thoroughly cleaning the fireplace and ensuring no dust went throughout our living room space. They touched up the mortar within the fire box, capped off the flue, ensured fireproof insulation was installed in the ash chute as our fireplace was originally wood burning and set up the logs we ordered. They were very thorough, did a quality job and were very kind and professional. I am extremely pleased with the end result! The entire process was pleasant from our initial appointment for measurement and log selection to the installation and end product. We could not be happier. Thank you for doing a wonderful job!!

Tim was polite, knowledgable, and was very quick with the installation of my new blower and a few other parts needed for the fireplace. He explained everything, cleaned everything, tested everything, and showed me what all was done before leaving. I would highly recommend Owens Chimney for any fireplace needs.

Owen's Chimmey was quick in responding to our broken fire place and did a perfect job in repairs. We used them last year to clean the fire place. They have a three year warranty on labor. They honored that warranty so all we paid for was parts.
