Brandon came to take a look at our double sided gas log fireplace. The glass on both sides was very cloudy and I didn't like the look. He did a great job cleaning the entire unit and the improvement is amazing.

We’re very pleased with Brandon and Owen’s Chimney. The service is exceptional. Brandon is a great person, he calls if he can come early to be sure it’s ok with us. He does an excellent job and suggests what we might want in the future. He’s very personable and very kind to our deaf dog. We look forward to seeing him next year. Thank you!!

Very satisfied with the service provided by Owen's Chimney Systems. Technicians Jamie and Daniel were pleasant to talk with and knowledgeable. They were on time. They did everything expected and paid attention to the small details. And excellent about cleaning up after themselves and putting the patio furniture and BBQ back into place. Super nice guys and service!

Adam’s (the technician) attention to the safety of our fireplace and the appearance was excellent. We were having it serviced for some concerns, and after servicing and inspecting the unit he went above explaining how our unit is safe and the safeguards it has. The company also has an excellent system for providing photos and explanation of the system upon completion for our records. A bonus was the time Adam took improving the look of the unit!

Forrest Rorie is excellent! He is a talented and professional technician. Owens Chimney Systems does themselves a great service by having Forrest on their staff. Forrest is thorough with high quality standards. I would recommend Owens and Forrest to anyone needing any type of fireplace work.

Residential home gas logs installation

9/26/24:
Daniel installed the new heater for the logs. He called ahead letting me know he was on his way. He protected the areas he was working. Installation was smooth & efficient. I would recommend Owen's Chimney Services to others.

I am very happy with Owens Chimney Systems! We suspected that an animal had died in our chimney, so we called late Sunday to request an urgent appointment. I received a call back early the next morning, and Adam arrived promptly at 11 AM. He completed the job quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely call Owens for all future cleanings!

I’ve had a really good experience overall with Owen’s Chimney company. I chose this company due to their high ratings online and Adam was a pleasure to work with. Will definitely schedule ahead of time next time because they are booked and busy!

Robert was so wonderful! I work from home and was leading a training so I couldn't come to the door immediately. The office let him know this and he was so patient until I could get there. He was also such a wealth of knowledge! He referred back to the manual (which we LOVED) and gave us such valuable information. We highly recommend Owen Chimney Systems!

Brandon came to my house and was very nice and respectful. He cleaned and inspected the chimney liner and suggested some repairs to my chimney. Furthermore, he did all the PM on my insert and even adjusted the door. I was very happy with the service.

Just had Owens service our gas insert fireplace. They were prompt, knowledgeable and detailed about the service. Our serviceman Adam was so helpful and provided excellent service. He really loves his job and it shows. He is a true asset to this firm.

From initial visit, to manufacture of a five vent chimney cap, to the installation and repairs to a 55 year old chimney, to everything in between was expertly done.

Excellent service and communication. They did a very thorough job cleaning a very dirty chimney, corrected our gas logs that were installed incorrectly and were very detailed in explaining the whole process. Took some time to get done but they did everything and more.

We are getting ready to put our house on the market and needed to get our gas fireplace working again. We got a recommendation from Piedmont Gas about Owens. Called and they had a technician available the next day. The technician was on time and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and got our fireplace working. He also cleaned out the unit as well as the glass barrier. It is looking and working better than we have seen it. Great and honest company!!!

Robert was very efficient and professional servicing my gas log fireplace insert. He is very personable listening to me a recently 80 year old widow talking about her husband. He remembered discussing the last couple years with my husband about the Marine Corp and our church as he worked. He also showed me how to read the level of gas on my tank. These little things mean a lot to a customer 👍
