My experience with Brothers Tree Service was fabulous, from the initial quote and Uriel's knowledge while talking through which trees' roots could negatively affect my home's foundation to communication about scheduling to the actual tree/stump removal process. They were efficient and safe. They protected my property, which was important to me since many of the stumps were close to my home. I highly recommend this crew.

I first had a separate company come out to grind some stumps because they happened to be working on my neighbors yard across the street. Unfortunately that company did a terrible job so I paid them for the 3 stumps they “did”and then called Brothers Tree Service because I had used them in the past. They came out within a week and ground up the remaining 3 stumps and approximately 10 more and did a great job at a better price. Highly recommend this company for their competitive prices, quality work, and respectful/friendly engagement with workers.

These guys are great. We had several medium trees and a couple much larger ones that were close to and over our house and needed to come down, and we wanted all the stumps ground, too. They came early in the morning, and the amount of work they did in four hours was amazing. They cleaned up everything, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They took down one tree in an especially tricky location and there was a small magnolia tree growing right beside it that sprouted up on its own. They had to take out lots of undergrowth all around, but they were able to leave the magnolia tree intact for me.

Brothers Tree Service was recommended by a neighbor and I am so glad she did. I reached out to Brothers, and they were easy to work with on date and time. They knew exactly what to do when trimming my trees. They were quick getting the job done, while also keeping the quality high. Brothers Tree Service NC, LLC provided high-quality, safe services from beginning to end on my major residential tree removal project in Matthews, NC earlier this month. It was a 5+ Star, customer-focused experience all around. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to my family, friends, and/or general acquaintances.
I had a very overgrown property with many trees ranging in size up to two very large-diameter, problem red oaks that were leaning over our house. I called six well-known tree removal contractors in the area and Brothers Tree Service NC, and asked each of them to walk the site and provide a bid to remove 30+ trees including their stumps. Co-owner, Uriel, was one of the first to respond to me, and at the site walk, I was so impressed by his professionalism, attention to safety (i.e., his work crew, my house, and the public) and the detailed approach he recommended for my project that included the use of a heavy-duty crane to carefully remove the trees. His very competitive and well thought out proposal quickly rose to the top of the seven different bidders. I was also impressed by how Uriel quickly worked with his business partners to provide their insurance information that I had requested.
Uriel held to his proposed start date and arrived early to inspect the job site and review the work scope with me before his 8-man work crew and well maintained equipment showed up. They did great work, and I really appreciate how safety-focused all of his crew was while working on my property. For 20+ years I have managed all sorts of contractors in the field on small to large construction projects, so I know what a great team looks like and when they are taking their time to work safely and have all the proper procedures in place! Uriel and his crew were very responsive to my requests to make real-time changes for improving the final results and to better accommodate my wishes. The work crew cleaned up nearly every bit of tree debris, leaving my property look so much better than how they found it.
I absolutely love the results and enjoy my property even more now. I recommend that you call Uriel for your next tree removal project. You will not be disappointed!

Uriel provided excellent customer service from the first phone call, and made receiving an estimate for stump grinding easy, as he provided it through text message after I sent him a picture of the stump. Not only was he able to schedule me relatively soon, he was even able to grind the stump a couple of days earlier than he had anticipated, which was great for me, because I was worried my HOA was going to give me a hard time about the mess I made of trying to remove the stump myself. I had dug up some of the dirt around the stump, but did not have time to finish the job and was very grateful that Uriel took the time to not only provide efficient and friendly service, he was able to get the job done sooner than anticipated. Thank you so much!

These guys were phenomenal! Super quick and efficient. It was so cool watching them all work together - it seemed like everyone had a specific job and they all knew how to support each step of the removal process seamlessly. We had about 14 trees removed and they had the whole job done in under 4 hours. Uriel was super responsive and professional. I can’t recommend them enough!

Uriel and his team were very professional and work very quickly. Showed up on time got right to work. Rate was very reasonable compared to other contractors that bid on the job. Quote process was very quick and straightforward. They also took out some additional trees at no additional cost. Highly recommend these guys! They also did a nice job protecting our grass as much as possible and their cleanup was much better than expected which was much appreciated.
