While preparing our house for resale, water intrusion was detected in our crawlspace. We began seeking a good contractor who could resolve this situation. After securing 3 estimates for the installation of a drainage system, new insulation and vapor barrier, we chose Carlos with Charlotte Crawlspace Solutions. A Consultant was dispatched to do a thorough inspection and make recommendations. We received pictures of the area and a design for the drainage system that would eliminate our problem. We hired Charlotte Crawlspace Solutions to remediate our crawlspace which had mold that was causing health issues.

They were highly professional and friendly. The guys came, removed all the HVAC ductwork & insulation, thoroughly cleaned the crawlspace to remove the mold then re-insulated & laid plastic down. The crawlspace passed the follow up mold inspection and it’s so clean now it almost looks like a new build underneath!!

Cost was comparable to other quotes and I feel like though I spent more, I got a better value than with other proposals.
