Chris said he was coming, but no show and no response to phone call or text. If you use this guy make sure to have a backup. Unreliable unprofessional. What kind of professional says they are coming and doesn't even respond to a text. Ask yourself when looking if you want someone like that. Good luck

Service / repair requested. He arrived in time frame as agreed. Presented quote based on trip charge / actual parts & labor needed (unlike the mega large "Flat Rate with zero details" gouge all you can companies existing in this area.) Chris was personable, had all the parts he needed and proceeded to perform the remove / replace with new electrical components. Work was completed efficiently and effectively. I will definitely be keeping his number for future needs and will gladly recommend to others.

They charged me $99 for the estimate (would be waived if i choose to use them), then was quoted $385 dollars to install an outlet that would have been jumped off of a nearby outlet. Then an additional $600 to have an a ceiling outlet box installed. I will never call them again.

I called several electricians in the area and they failed to respond to my calls for service. When I called Douthit, they responded right away. They came to my home within the hour and resolved my issue right away. Technition Chuck very professional and so nice.

Chuck and John came to do a few small things at our house. Chuck realized what was causing a couple of problems and corrected those. Gave me a recommendation on reducing wattage in a 6-bulb bathroom fixture to see if that will correct lights flickering when other switches are tuned on. They'll come back if that does not take care of it. Very helpful.

Caleb installed smart switches in our home, and we love them! He was kind, courteous and eager to do a great job! Anybody would feel comfortable with him in their home!

They were fast and available for quick service. The guys doing the work were professional and very nice. The office staff was great to work with. The only draw back was the cost. This job was twice as much as quote from another company. But, sometimes you have to pay for the convenience factor.
