My lawn is looking very attractive thanks to my TruGreen Lawn service. The toughest part has been to control the weeds. And TruGreen is very responsive when I see upsurge in weeds and call them, they quickly send a technician to come by and apply weed control chemicals.

I have the Shrub and Tree Service. Dan came out and looked at several plants and trees that were struggling. He advised that some had been planted improperly by the developer and were goners. He told me what steps to take when I plant new shrubs (more good dirt and deeper). He looked at a tree that is suddenly not doing well and advised that is heat stress and might come back in the spring. The other tree was damaged by deer and is beyond saving. And finally, he told me that the Crepe Myrtle should be pruned in late February or early March, not in the fall. Thank you!

I had TruGreen prepaid for the year and was satisfied at 1st. They stopped coming as scheduled and the weeds started coming. I called 3 times to have them come out and each time they promised to send someone I happened to be on the schedule. Nobody never showed. They came the 1st week of July and here I am in October no show. I called and complained and they said they would refund my money. Nothing yet. Funny thing is the day after I canceled they called me trying to get me to add an additional service. No thank you how about learning how to complete the agreed service 1st.

I hired TrueGreen because they are supposed to be a reputable company but I would not recommend their services, they totally kill my grass! Before I hired them I had tall fescue grass, now as you can see there is nothing but dirt because they apply the wrong chemicals, my grass was green when I used to take care of it personally! You all can see what it used to look like when I used to take care myself and then now that TrueGreen had kill my grass. There customer service is nonexistent I call them multiple times they don't communicate with the employees in the field, the employees in the field can't tell the difference between tall fescue grass and Bermuda grass, they don't do the job right or they claim my back gate was lock but there is not lock on the back gate, they don't do the service that they are supposed for example they get to my house and 2 minutes later the service is completed. If you want your grass to look green do not hire them. I don't recommend them at all! Now I will have to hire a different company and pay them out my pocket to try to fix the mess that they have done! I will be sure to share my great experience with TrueGreen.

I’ve had Trugreen Services for about 10 years. First lawn care, which I stopped after 3 years because they couldn’t do better than I could. I have tree and shrub service which has been deteriorating every single year. Today’s treatment was the final straw. I have canceled my account. Did not respect my wishes of who I wanted as a service tech and who I did not want due to damage to my home. Today service states they put 4 gallons of fertilizer spray but my entire yard is covered in granules, including my driveway, my 20 x 20 patio in the back and my front door and furniture. It was a mess. I’ve given them chance after a chance to make it right but they continue to fail me 100%. I recommend not using their services until they get their Business organized, and consistent

We have used your services for years at this home and our previous home. The application we received at the beginning of spring was far between causing a lots of weeds and deterioration of our yard.

I was notI informed that the year’s service I prepared for had ended. I just received a bill in the mail. I most likely will not be renewing my service with you this next year as to the poor communication and large increase in price. Not happy this year with the results. The technicians are always very nice and I do not fault them. This is a company communication problem. .

I got the irrigation and seeding, but no follow up at all, and I’m not too happy with the irrigation and seeding. I have to many bare spots in my back yard.

Yardnique is the new landscaping company that began servicing our neighborhood at the Townes at Westford in Apex,NC in 2023. In this short time weeds have overtaken large areas of common green spaces and yards and the mowing and trimming is atrocious. Their so called professional crews miss more places mowing and trimming then they actually cut. Whoever supervises the crews must be asleep at the wheel or never actually at the job site to check what is being done or more appropriately not done. Their mission appears to be “speed at any cost” and not “a quality job well done”. How can the owners of Yardnique not be embarrassed? I would not recommend hiring this company. Photos are attached.

Update 10/2024...our HOA fired Yardnique. October is their last month. They never improved. In fact, they continued to get worse throughout the season. They never once showed up 2 weeks in a row. I stand by my statement of...

WORST LANDSCAPERS EVER! How can this company even be called a Landscaping company? They have only been out to our neighborhood once this year-it's almost May. When they did come out, they forgot the entire side of one street-the longest street in the neighborhood. They have not been back to mow it. The lawns looks like a 6 year old came through with scissors. I really am not sure how this company is still in operation. Pathetic!

UPDATE JUNE 2024...even worse now. They cut down loads of living plants, weeds, mini trees and left every single thing they cut down. And left it on living, breathing plants. If I could rate the. -5 I would. Buyer beware. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Lawn mower hit my fence and run! When we found out, we asked them to fix, but they ignore my email... After 2 months my fence is still broken and waiting for them to fix. I tried to call company but it is always full voice mailbox and nobody pick up phone. Chris Yanning is Project manager who handle my case but he is not reponsible for anything. Even an apology for what his staffs did.. Then he tried to play game with me... Not fix my fence. They hit and bumped into my fence and neighbor's one. They fixed my neighbor's one but not mine yet.

Yardnique continually ruins personal property and my yard. The staff are sloppy and careless. Workers intentionally blow debris onto our porches. My sidewalk is scraped up from mowing blades. They tore up my front garden bed. When I contacted management regarding the damaged property, the representative was rude and dismissive. I wish my HOA would discontinue service with Yardnique.

It looks like we're beginning another year with Yardnique and their usual "high quality" service. This is apparently their idea of refreshing the landscaping mulch just throw it down and wherever it stays it stays.
Whether it's next to the vehicle under the vehicle, across the welcome mat, and to a point where you can't take your dog out because they can't walk on the mulch due to a poison in it in the form of red dye.
Why, why, why......does our HOA continue to waste our money with this company?
(March 2023)Yardnique is the perfect example of how to not run a company. The quality is absolutely garbage. The employees are lazy. You do not get what you pay for. Our neighborhood (Market 2018) is supposed to be cared for by this company and it's the last thing they do. We have crabgrass, ant hills, Weeds in the flower beds, and washed away mulch. Excessive mulch dumped against air conditioner units to the point where they actually suck in the mulch and break costing us thousands of dollars. They have repeatedly caused resident vehicle damage by poor care of materials application/management and application. Yardnique is an absolute joke. Do not use this service if you actually value your property.

I’m a resident in a build-to-rent community in Wendell where Yardique is currently contracted for landscaping services.

There are often tall patches of grass left throughout the yards, and areas that clearly need weed-whacking are ignored. The flower beds also aren’t being weeded as claimed, which gives the entire property an unkempt appearance. It honestly feels like the team spends more time looking busy than producing real results.

If I were the business owner, I would be cracking down on this. Reputation is everything—especially in a competitive market where high-paying contracts are on the line. Sloppy work like this will absolutely cost you opportunities if it’s not addressed.

Welp...I am absolutely not shocked of their rating whatsoever. They have been contracted by our new apartment complex and oh my are they just asking for a lawsuit!

While working from home today I noticed they picked up a bunch of bottles, plastic and litter around the premise. Instead of bringing it to the trash RIGHT ACROSS THE WAY, they decided it was a good deal to pour it out in the lawn, cover it with weedwack grass, and the MOW OVER IT! To say I was applaud is an understatement.

I would like to add that when I saw them pour the litter out, I ran to my pattio and asked that they pick it up (Kindly) when they began laughing I said no worries I will come pick it up then. Before I even had a chance, the mowed over it breaking up all the glass, plastic and other litter into the grassy area where CHILDREN AND PETS are constantly walking.

It absolutely broke my heart as I have seen a family walking by almost daily with their kids, showing them the value of cleaning up where they love and picking up all the trash. I now worry for them hoping they dont step in shredded/sharp litter.

For them to laugh at me and say they dont speak English was also a beyond rude way of responding to getting caught doing something unethical.

As a woman of faith I bless this company and all its workers, I pray that judgement day becomes very real for you and you begin to walk with some level of morals. God bless.

I have used Davey Tree Services on two occasions, one to take two willow trees down and the other to remove lower branches on several hardwood trees in order to enhance lake view. On both occasions, Davey Tree scheduled the estimate and work in a timely fashion. Matt Emmerson met with me to discuss the jobs and subsequently provided the estimates. Rick and his crew provided quality work, ensuring they met my expectations, and thoroughly cleared the area of debris.

Exceptional service. I have used Davey Tree Company twice. Once for trimming very large oak trees, planted almost a hundred years ago right next to the house. They did an exceptional job. Most recently, I had them to remove all the large branches and cut back to the base of a very large (a monster) pecan tree. This tree also stretched out over outbuildings, a brick courtyard, and brick walls. Davey Tree Company did an exceptional job, with no damage to any of my assets. They did what they promised, when they promised, with the results that I wanted.

Why have I been a loyal customer of Davey Tree for four years? It's simple, Davey Tree has transformed my trees and plants into beautiful and healthy specimens which grace my yard and bring us joy.
