Bulwark has kept my home pest free for a few years now. My most recent technician, Dashawn Willis, was very professional, communicated well, and did an excellent job treating our home.

Mark Williamson did our Bulwark extermination, and he went out of his way to accommodate our scheduling needs then did very thorough work, ridding our deck and sliders of cobwebs before spraying. I’m quite happy with Bulwark’s service!

Despite our own efforts to thwart the outside bugs from migrating, it was a loosing battle. Bulwark Experminating to the rescue! The tech was fantastic. His communication as to when he was coming, what he was doing, and what to expect between the first treatment and the next was clear and accurate. He even sent pictures! I have a list of what he did, what he used, and where he used it. Mark, the tech, even made sure we understood that we shouldn't let our dog near the treatment until it had dried. Great job. The follow up email made sure we knew we could call if there were issues between treatments. The only bugs I've seen were dead (or darn close). Mark was great to work with!

Glenn Harris is incredibly knowledgeable and we are so grateful for his service. We inherited the house in Carrboro, but still live in Texas. Bulwarks takes care of our home in Texas, and now Glenn is making sure our home doesnt become infested when the house sits vacant for months at a time. Living in Texas, we are not familiar with Carpenter bees, forest mice, etc. Glenn has taken care of everything and made this so easy, even long distance. THANK YOU!!

Glenn Harris did a thorough job of spraying around my house to keep bugs out. He also treated inside. I especially appreciated Glenn removing spider webs outside. He was very personable and professional.

Kassi K does such a great job! So much in fact that we always ask for her. She is wonderful communicating ahead of time and letting us know that she will be here in about 30 minutes, so we can put up our dog. She’s polite and explains things to us in detail. Kassi is a true asset to your company!

Bulwark treats you like family. They treat your home like its their own. It is nice not to be part of a list of invoices that just has to get done. Orlando really does a great job each time he comes out. Honestly, the bimonthly treatment I get holds me down better than the monthly and call backs I had to make with two others I tried before these guys. I love the informative texts and updates after each visit. Bigger does NOT mean better. I felt lost in the corporate shuffle. KUDOS BULWARK!! Glad I made the switch!!

Jesse Charlier was our termite tech this week. I was unable to get to the door before he left, but he sent me a nice message regarding the fact that NO
termite action was detected at this time. These guys at
Bulwark are top-of-the-line and always keep us informed of the status of the termite bait traps. We highly recommend
