The team at Lyon's Septic Tank Service is responsive, punctual and professional! We had routine pumping of our septic tank performed and they showed up on time, educated us on how best to care for our septic system and were reasonably priced. I called MANY septic companies looking for someone to pump our system and Lyon's not only picked up the phone but they were able to get us in quickly. We will definitely be using Lyon's from here on out!

Greg was great with Lyons. He was able to get us on his schedule quickly and got the job done fast. He even found out we had a missing filter and was able to replace it same day. Customer service was excellent and got the job done in under 30mins! We will use Lyons again.

Shawn (Sean?) came to pump our tank and he was awesome. Super friendly and am absolute professional. He walked me through the process and let me know what he needed from me, since this is our first septic system and first time pumping. He did an excellent job and you couldn't even tell he was here. Price was exactly what was quoted. Showed up exactly on time as well. Lyons answered the phone every time I called and communicated everything perfectly. Will be using again and recommending to all!

On the day of service, Greg gave me a call when he was ~30min away which I appreciated. Greg was great - easy to talk to and a true professional. In years past, I had 2 previous companies come out and pump our septic, and truthfully was NOT happy with either. This time I went with Lyons based on their great reviews. They gave me an appointment within a couple days of my call. They're a family business, and have been for many years. They did a thorough job, answered all of my questions while they were here, about how to maintain the septic system. Their quoted price was exactly what they charged. They were on time, very nice, professional, and did a great job. I'm very pleased, and I'll be using them for sure next time.

Awesome service! The owner, Greg Lyons, is prompt, courteous and extremely professional. He and his brother have continued the business that his late grandfather started in 1981. I would 100% recommend Lyons Septic. I had an emergency today and called six companies that denied until Monday. I called Lyons and spoke to Greg he was very polite and helpful he was an hour away from my house and made time to come to my house to pump my septic . Lyons was very knowledgeable and friendly.
