We were so very lucky to find the Voda team. Ruairi helped us out on so many levels. We had finally found a quality, elegant decade-old home (difficult to find newer homes in our area) but there was a major mold & indoor moisture burden. Ruairi’s assessment & detective work and him connecting us to quality industrial hygienist as well as crawlspace specialist made all the difference to sort out the causes and complex potential solutions to fix the underlying problems.

We had a very good home inspector but these sometimes subtle humidity & hvac mold problems can be missed by hvac & inspector teams… We cannot imagine not having found the Voda team that also has special HVAC cleaning processes going beyond most companies’ efforts.

Every person I spoke with was professional and complete in all information about vent and dryer cleaning. Ryan did the cleaning for me. He was explained what steps he would take, the noise level and how he would try to minimize any disruption to my home.

Voda Cleaning and Restoration of West Raleigh were nothing short of amazing! Our water heater (which the builder decided for whatever reason to install in our walk up attic) sprung a leak and by the time we realized what had happened we had water damage in our upstairs bedroom, behind our kitchen wall (which is below that bedroom) and in our garage. Of course, it was on a Sunday when we discovered this so I went online and saw that Voda had amazing google reviews so I gave them a call. Within a few hours, Oliver and Nick came to our rescue with dehumidifiers and fans so we could start the drying out process. They also gave us the name of an honest and amazing plumber. The next day Ruairi ( The General Manager) contacted us and came to our house every day for 3 days to assess the moisture in the walls and rearrange his equipment as needed to dry us out while also reassuring us that he would remain in close contact with us until everything was dried out and ready for the next phase of repairs. Nick and Ruairi were always here when they said they would be and even, at times, texted to see if they could come earlier if they had a change in their schedules. Anyone who has been through water damage knows that it can feel very scary not knowing what’s going on behind the walls and under carpet and flooring but for us the team from Voda put us at ease and made the process so much easier than anticipated. They are trustworthy, timely and in my opinion reasonably priced. I would give them 100 stars if I could!

I found Voda on Thumbtack for some mold remediation I needed work on from storm damage. They were very responsive and Carrie was great to work with, giving a detailed quote at a fair price, and explaining the entire process. Scheduling, completing the work, cleanup and payment all went well and Carrie was also helpful in coordinating with insurance.

Had an incident where I left some food burning for several hours and had an odor lingering for a week in my house. Voda was super quick to respond to me when I reached out, and came out for a free consultation the next day. Ruairi came out and was super patient with me and answered all my questions. He was consistently prompt and extremely helpful. Had a wonderful experience with Voda.

Voda did a great job on our carpet cleaning bedrooms, living areas and stairs for our 3 story home. Everything was very thorough and our carpets that we were about to replace now have some more time left in them. Importantly, Voda was professional and detailed - protecting our drywall and wood surfaces with plastic coverings so there was no damage.

Nick recently cleaned our carpets and did a fantastic job! He arrived on time, took a tour of the house and explained his plan for each area to be cleaned. He was very thorough , and dedicated to ensuring we received good results. Nick was professional and pleasant.

I hired Voda Cleaning to inspect and take care of some mold I had in my shower. They sent Carrie and Max, which were super knowledgeable, professional, and nice. They answered all my questions patiently, and promptly solved my problem. In addition, they are very punctual, which I value a lot. I was looking for a carpet cleaning pre moving in and Oliver answered my call on thumbtack immediately. He enlisted Nick to come by my house. The service was excellent and Nick communicated with me throughout the day as I was running errands and also locked up when he was done. He explained how he was going to remove certain stains and the tests he did to get the stains out before I left. The carpet smells amazing and I can lay down on it confident that everything was done perfectly. I will be using them next time.
