Today we met Koby Clark to discuss installation of heat pump system. Our house is 50 years old so presented little bit of challenge. Koby was very knowledgeable, kind and respectful with bit of humor thrown in. We knew very little about heat pumps but he was very patient with us and answered all our questions. He went above and beyond in helping us to decide on right heat pump for our needs and was not pushing in our decision of system to purchase. You can tell he is proud of product he sells and company he works for. Highly recommend. This review is edited on 9/21 I have also worked with technician Drake Bedford. He was one of several technicians who worked tirelessly to install our new system. Knowledgeable, courteous and when part broke he was installing, he notified us immediately and apologized several times. He was quick to accept fault for what happened and provided prompt and free replacement part. I would highly recommend him and give him 5 stars. Josh Taylor was technician that returned to install new part and had our new system up and running in no time. He walked us through use of thermostat and changing of filter. Knowledgeable courteous and friendly. Would recommend him and give him 5 stars.
Had the opportunity to meet Austin Harris yesterday. We did not feel like thermostat was working correctly. He was able to identify the problem and now all rooms are cooling at same temperature. He also identified few more areas of concern and fixed those as well. Austin was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and offered any assistance we needed. Would definitely give him 5 stars and highly recommend.
Yesterday 12/9/25 Josh Taylor and Austin came to ck our heat pump. As always very courteous and worked tirelessly to solve issue.1/8/26 Austin Harris was again at our house to install new parts hopefully to fix our HVAC system. Worked long hours and did multiple checks to insure system working. As always very courteous, knowledge and explained what was being done.

I got the opportunity to have Jays come out for the First Responder check up- Maintenance and the service was phenomenal!

Levi is fluent and full of knowledge in the HVAC area! He walked me through all of the concerns and made me feel very comfortable with what he found and what needs to be done!

I will be using Jays for now on!

Morgan was a very professional plumbing technician. He was polite, personable and knowledgeable. Morgan was patient and kind explaining the mechanics of our issue. I have his card and look forward to seeing him intermittently along our journey. Gratitude
