We have been quite pleased with the lawn service and our tech, Humberto! He lets us know he’s coming, provides feedback, and even thinks about our dogs!!

Over several treatments in my yard I have watched Johnny do his treatment tasks in a very consistent and conscientious manner. And when asked questions about the treatment or drying times or even types of weeds in the yard he always has an answer that makes sense. Seems a cut above the norm and possibly time for a step up.

RDS performed a lawn renovation for me last fall. My yard was all weeds at the time. I now have a lawn of thick grass. I'm very happy with results after only one season. My neighbor said he told his lawn service he wanted his yard to look like mine. Game on!!!

RDS Lawn Care Service have been doing my yard for about 5 years, I cannot say enough how impressed I have been with them. If I have a problem weeds etc they are here within a couple of days to solve the problem one year had a problem with the grass seed germinating they came back and reapplied the seed. My home is the first home in your neighborhood since I started using them 5 more homes are using them now. I would like to believe it comes from seeing my yard so nice when they drive in.

Update: Had nice conversation with owner and after going through how we both experienced the issue we were able to come to an agreement. I will update again if anything changes but as of now it looks like he is going to make it right.

RDS aerated and seeded my neighbors lawn on Wednesday morning 10/02/19 and decided to ride through my lawn to access their back lawn and tear it up.

Since they left without letting me know I found out wed evening and had to communicate through my neighbor to try and get in contact with someone. Finally Friday with no word I went ahead and bought topsoil and filled it in, reseeded, re applied starter fert, and reapplied tenacity. Between getting supplies and actually repairing I spent at least 2+ hours fixing this issue not including material. I spent all weekend the previous week getting my lawn ready to only have it messed up.

I finally get a call from RDS today (Monday 10/07/19), 5 days later who was apologetic but stands on defense that I didn’t give them opportunity to fix it and jumped the gun by taking care of it myself. They offered me “what it would have cost them to fix” which was $20. That’s right, $20 that doesn’t even cover what I paid for materials much less my time fixing it, contacting them, and jumping through hoops. I told him if I was to hire someone to come fix it it would have cost at least $100 in which he said he was not going to pay anywhere near that as “his labor cost $12” and “his supplies cost a fraction of what I pay”(keep that in mind if you’re paying $45 for a 30 minute cut or $200 for a seed job). So it looks like I’m just SOL.

As far as his defense of “you didn’t give me an opportunity to fix”, they tore up my personal property and left. Had they contacted me or let me know I would have let them fix it. Instead what I was left with was no contact and the choice of continuing letting my existing seed get washed away from the rut and run off and MAYBE they will come fix the rut next week while destroying my seedlings that have germinate, or fix it myself before more damage can be done.

Technician Humberto serviced our yard yesterday. He is so professional, nice and does a great job. Our dog loves when he comes because he gets love and rubs!

RDS does a fantastic job coordinating & executing fall aerating, seeding & fertilizing. Johnny was our tech today. Showed up on time and was extremely efficient with his work!

Humberto did an excellent job. Called prior to starting and i walked the yard with him. Before leaving he explained what he did. Very friendly and courteous.

I had my entire lawn reset from Bermuda to Fescue and it turned out great! Terrific customer service and communication! These are the guys you want to trust your lawn to!

For years I have walked through my neighborhood eyeing the lawns that had green grass. This was a goal for me and one morning I just happened to see a lawn with the RDS sign in it. I took a picture and finally decided it was time for a change. I contacted them and got signed up. Within a few treatments, my lawn was transformed! Now, I am the one with the grass people are looking at and talking about. It may sound strange, but I get more excited about a lawn compliment than I do about a compliment about me. :) thank you RDS!

Humberto was excellent today. I was away from the house so he made sure to call me and talked about what they were doing today and answered my questions. Terrific service.

We had a project for an area behind our house. Brooks R. was very helpful, polite, and professional. He answered all of our questions and got the area on track right away.

I’ve been using RDS for over 3 years. Worked with Johnny and Brooks. Good guys. Work hard. They help you if there are issues that need to be addressed.

I have been using RDS Lawn Care for a little over a year now and am very pleased with the results. My lawns were looking bare and weedy and since they have started fertilization, weed control, aeration & reseeding it is starting to look a lot greener and with less weeds. I am looking forward to seeing more improvement over the years. I really like that when they do the aeration & reseeding, they will come back to check for any areas that did not take and will reseed if necessary. I am very happy with the company & employees usually Johnny are great. He knocks to let me know he is here and leaves a growth report indicating any issues that need to be addressed. The prices are reasonable.

We've used RDS for 9 years and they have done a great job bringing back an old lawn that had been neglected. Johnny went out of his way during aeration/fertilization this fall to work around my raised bed gardens.
