After checking many company reviews, I contacted the Mach5 cleaning service because of their reviews. Daniel was on time and during our walk through, he explained everything he was going to do. When he was done, the carpet throughout the entire house looked so good, I didn’t want to walk on it. He stated that he would be 2 hours on a move out clean, and that’s what it was. Great job Daniel. Danny is one of those people that goes above and beyond what you pay for. He knows his equipment and how to use it to get the best results. He is on time and very accommodating to your schedule. He is better than the big name guys because he is not just the guy that shows up to do the job he is the owner and takes more time and pride in every job. What a great experience. I was told what products to use and not use on my carpet in the future for spots, he gave the best quote in the area, my carpet is spotless, he was kind, polite, punctual, accommodating when I forgot my first appointment... I could go on! Worth every penny.
