Tech phoned and was right on time, professional, friendly, found the issue, resolved. This is the only company IMHO for HVAC repairs.

Very timely, and helpful. My mother was home to let them in, they told her what they did and how they did it. Although I was still able to call the office and ask to figure out what was wrong and what they did. The handyman gave me a call back very quickly and walked me through it. Overall great experience.

The response was very quick. I was initially told it could be the next week before a technician could come out. I received a call back the same morning. The technician was very courteous and provided helpful tips. He quickly made the repair. I definitely recommend Associated Heating and Air.

This company will take your money. They came to my house 2 different times just got it to working for a short amount of time. Called another place and they come and checked said the unit was completely rusted out. Never will tell anyone to use these people for your heating and air. Please call someone else if you want to keep your money

Company not what they used to be. I have purchased two different new Trane units from Associated. When repairs were urgently needed Associated refuses to confirm date/time for a technician. They use ambiguous terms such as "you are on the list" , "it could possibly be tomorrow", but absolutely refuse to provide a day, date or time when they might show up if at all. They were very prompt to sell units totaling tens of thousands but once they drive away from installation, they do not know you.

I had a new Trane hvac system installed to replace the old one. The guys did a great job and were very professional. They did a high quality installation. Great company to deal with.

They arrived at 8 AM as they said. They completed the installation very quickly and professionally. They offered the best price, as I did a lot of research on oil furnace prices. I highly recommend them

My wife and I have used Associated for our HVAC needs since moving to the area over 25-years ago.
Three years ago they replaced both my heat pump and air handler with another Trane system which has performed well; the recent service call resulted from a drain issue, which was quickly diagnosed.We have always found Associated employees to be timely, extremely knowledgeable and personable. We would highly recommend both this Company (and the Trane products that they represent) without any hesitation.

The technicians (Erving and his crew) from Associated Heating and Air Conditioning installed a Trane Heat Pump for Della Mae Shumate, my mother.

They were courteous and explained exactly how long it would take to install the unit.

The technicians would periodically check in with her to let her know exactly what they were doing and how long the installation would take.

When they finished they came in and explained how to use the thermostat and answered questions.

We are very pleased with the experience from Associated Heating and Air Conditioning and would use them again!

These guys were great and did a superb job . We are so pleased with how cool it is in our home . My husband enjoyed their company and conversation . They really know what their doing ! I think the unit is just beautiful , and the setup was so neat and clean . I will not miss the old one or the squealing it made when it finally shut off . The installation guys were fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. There installation includes 5 year labor warranty on manufacture's parts which other companies do not provide. I recommend them for your Air conditioning and Heating needs.

Excellent service at great prices. My furnance ran constantly during the winter until these professionals fixed it (after two other companies "fixed" it). I can't thank them enough for the honesty, professionalism, and fair prices. Plus, they don't try to sell you a service contract: they don't even offer one.
