My husband and I had to replace our HVAC system. Regina was very helpful and informative. We received a timely estimate from Brad. He also communicated when the install would be. The technicians, Irvin, Jim & Casey, were on time, professional and friendly & were considerate of our home/floors. Exceptional job!

Excellent service at great prices. My furnance ran constantly during the winter until these professionals fixed it (after two other companies "fixed" it). I can't thank them enough for the honesty, professionalism, and fair prices. Plus, they don't try to sell you a service contract: they don't even offer one. This business is excellent and I would highly recommend them!

Tim and Eli showed up with 10 minutes advance notice, about 46 hours after I placed the service call. I don't care about the delay because they were worth waiting for, and I knew they had a ton of other service calls to handle. They had my whole-house unit up and running again well within 30 minutes, and the cost was reasonable. I am an extremely satisfied customer!

Associated techs just finished installing a new heat pump for me today. They know their jobs well and do a great job. This is the third unit they have installed for me since 1988 ( i have 3) and each one has lasted 18-22 years.

The technicians were very communicative, letting me know an hour or so an estimated arrival and 15-20 minutes before arriving. They did good work and answered my questions.

Woke up one morning and propane furnace had died. They were at the house within a few hours and diagnosed. Had the part in 24 hours and were back to fix. Very professional to work with. Cost of repair was very inexpensive considering they had to come out twice. Will use them for ongoing service for both heat and AC.

These guys were great! I bought and had a Trane installed for less money than other companies had given estimates for using lower rated brands. They were in and out in less than 4 hours and my heat pump is working great. I would definitely recommend associated h&r to anyone.

Associated Heating and Air gave us a very competitive price on a new AC unit to replace our 18 year old unit, showed up on time to do the work, and also cleaned up after themselves and were finished by mid-afternoon. We were very pleased from start to finish, including the help received from Brad, one of their sales associates. It’s nice to have heat in January!!

Brad and his team of installers were very helpful in the process of diagnosis of what was wrong with a heat pump issue. After the inspection of the 2005 Heat pump, it was determined that a new unit was recommended.
The new unit was installed this week. The installation team were very courteous and were very professional throughout the process. Highlrecommend this group

Our air conditioning quit working the first of May and after a call to Associated, a representative came to our house the next day to assess the problem. Within a day I had a fair estimate and authorized the replacement of the unit .In a week they had a new unit installed and our house is cool and the unit is working great. I appreciate the great work these guys did. I would recommend them to anyone in need of air or heat work.

Our heat pump went out and needed to be replaced. We got multiple bids on new units by different companies, but the representative from Associate Heating and Air Conditioning was the only one to take detailed measurements and pictures. I asked for multiple options, and they sent information on three. When I emailed questions, they answered quickly, once well after business hours. The installation crew was at the house promptly at 8 am. The old unit was removed within an hour and a half. Half of the crew worked on site while others went to custom fabricate a needed part. They were very efficient and very thorough. The installation was complete by 1:30, the work was inspected and approved, and they were cleaned up and finished by 2:15. The final bill was exactly the same amount as the quoted price. The cost was actually lower than competitors and the work done well. There will be no question who about who to call for future HVAC work. Thank you Associate Heating and Air.

I've used Associated a few times in the past and each time their service has been above and beyond! It's hard to find a company that will actually follow through with what they say they will do. Most recently, they installed a mini split for me. Everything about the process was top notch and I couldn't be happier.

I have rental houses in Wilkes County, and for all my heating and air needs I call Associated Heating and Air. They are good people to do business with, professional and timely. They have installed three heat pump units for me, in my personal residence and rental units, maybe one more this year.

Our new heating and air system works like a dream! We are saving on our energy bills, and don't have to hear the loud booms, whirrs, and thumps of our old scary system. The men were professional, courteous, and knew what they were doing. I went to the office to pay for the system, and talked to the office for directions, and was met with a smile and kindness!
