These guys got my roof done in one day! Looks great!
Thank you
Trevor, Ethan & Noah!

Andrew with Chapman Construction kept me informed throughout the process and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I recommend Chapman Construction.

Andrew and the roofing on-site coordinator Aldo were very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

This company did a great job. They installed a roof in my older home. They were on time, very professional, and cleaned up the job site very well.

Chapmans team really went above and beyond. Coached us through whole process.Very professional sub contractors. Very nice experience.Quickly dealt with any issues that arose. We were picky clients but they really took care of us. Trevor , Ethan and thier team were awesome to work with and we will definately use them again

I used Chapman’s for overall repair, painting, backsplash and replacement of my bathroom floor. I was pleased with all, except for the bathroom floor, which was a disaster. Chris Chapman replaced my bathroom floor LVP with ceramic tile. The same evening that Chris completed the floor, the tiles were moving, as the grouting was cracking up, immediately. I contacted Chris the evening they finished (when I heard sounds as I walked on the floor) and advised that the tiles were moving as I stepped on them, & were literally making crunching noises. He advised that he would repair, but I would have to pay him to redo it! Chris advised that he told me not to walk on it. He had told me not to walk on it the PREVIOUS two nights, but upon completion of the floor, his only instructions were not to wash it for a “couple of days”. Even if he had said not to walk on it the day of completion, it would not have mattered, b/c his crew of 4 were walking on it/painting in the bathroom ALL of the last day. I sent pics and video of the grout cracking to one of his crew, who responded advising that he would do the repair. I appreciated that, but I advised that the job needs to be done under the contract that I had with Chapman’s. I made the claim on Chris’ insurance, as a formality, as I know that most commercial policies cover damage to my property due to negligence, rather than outright shoddy work, and that the claim would be denied. However, I wanted this incident on the record with his insurance carrier. I have had the floor redone, & I now know that Chris placed ceramic tiles directly on top of my old vinyl flooring (which was underneath the LVP), without placing the perma back cement board UNDERNEATH the tiles. He also failed to use levelers. Due to this, the tiles were moving up and down, thereby cracking the grout. I have a video showing the moving tiles and crunching sounds, but am unable to upload along with the photos. Also, Chris increased the price by $800 in the middle of the job! I am taking Chris to court to recover my money that I spent having the floor redone.

I highly recommend giving On Site Construction a call. They do fantastic work and great prices

OSC enclosed my carport to make a garage. The job was well planned and went smoothly. The work was done professionally and the worksite kept clean and neat throughout the process. In one word, EXCELLENT!!

Great workers and company. Could not be happier and will use them again.

Onsite Construction did a perfect job on my mothers house. Corrected a poor design front porch roof and all new roofing for the entire house. My mother is very happy and relieved to have the job done by Tim and his crew.

Great work! Definitely will recommend to anyone needing any type of work done to their home! Very personable and will go ABOVE AND BEYOND to meet the customers needs!

The best!!! They show up on time and on schedule. Everyone is professional, kind, funny, and talented! Our additional bedroom project went as smooth as butter!! Tim and his team are pros! Everyone was always happy to explain everything they were doing and didn't "dumb it down" which is awesome! No issues, or hiccups and was exactly the quoted price! Very reasonable pricing and all around great experience!

This crew are good and professional they did the job in a timely manner and keep a clean job sight thank y’all so much we love the deck

Tim Lewis and his crews are top notch! I found rotten boards on my deck and knew it was time to replace it as well as other exterior repairs and replacements. So far , On Site has replaced my deck, front porch and replaced my roof. Next up is exterior painting/repairs! OnSite always delivers quality, on-time work. Communication with Tim is easy and he always returns my calls and texts. I have not received this high quality work and responsiveness from any contractor I have worked with. On Site gets my highest praise and a 5+ star rating.

Tim and his team were great to work with, he takes the needed time to explain options and ideas. He is fair, honest and highly recommended if you need a deck built. They arrived on time, did quality work, and cleaned up the yard each day. Lumber prices were still very high but we were tired of waiting for over 2 years, so now we have a new deck. Give Tim a call.

Tim and his crew did an excellent job on building us a new deck and ramp that came with challenges! Also installed a new metal roof on our garage. Tim at On Site Construction is the one to call with all your project needs.

The owner Tim is very proficient, compassionate and priced reasonably. I highly recommend for any of your home renovation projects!

I had the pleasure of working with Tim and On-Site Construction to build a smaller deck a few years ago. The experience was exceptional, and when it came time to rebuild my larger rear deck, I knew exactly who to hire. On-Site Construction delivered once again, crafting a stunning deck that exceeded my expectations. Tim listened attentively to my ideas, bringing them to life with expertise and professionalism. Even last-minute changes were accommodated with ease. On-Site Construction prioritizes integrity and quality, demonstrating a commitment to "perfection over profit". The crew was friendly, respectful, and diligent, working tirelessly in challenging temperatures. Upon completion, the site was thoroughly cleaned, and debris was removed. With a list of future projects, I will undoubtedly rely on On-Site Construction's expertise in all areas of construction and renovation. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.
