After our refrigerant line started leaking in the middle of the night, Eric came out promptly to temporarily seal the leak, ensuring we were comfortable until the issue could be fully resolved. Despite the freezing weather and fresh snowfall, Eric returned the next day to finish the job without a single complaint.

Eric was courteous and efficient. He installed all the materials and made sure that we knew how to use our mini-split. He also installed an HVAC thermostat and helped us install the app on our phone. He does excellent work and has great customer service at a fair price. We will use him for all our HVAC needs.

Had a thermostat installed. Very affordable and knowledgeable. I plan on using gunnaire for maintenance as well now even though I already prepaid my current maintenance plan with another HVAC so that should say a lot. Highly recommend.

Had been having problems with my 1 year old hvac system keeping up with heating my downstairs. Eric came out checked everything out, found issues present from the initial installers and a manufacturer related issue. He had the system fixed and performing as it should once he received the replacement parts. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.
