Mr. Anderson was very professional and friendly. He communicated with me and the quality of work was excellent.

As you can tell in my before photos, the grade beside my existing patio was a little too steep to just simply pour concrete to extend the patio. I called Anderson's and got a quote, which I believe was fair and honest. Not long after agreeing to proceed, the job was started. They were able to fill and level the areas needed to properly support a new patio. They were also able to smooth out the existing steep slope the home builders left me with. They took care in ensuring the forms were in place correctly and the proper drop was consistent throughout. After pouring, I realized that finishing concrete is an art. Extreme care was taken to ensure the new concrete flawlessly blended with the foundation of the house and the already existing patio. The top was smooth and the brush lines were very consistent. After the concrete hardend they cut in a contraction joint to control the natural crack of concrete. A cut joint is so much more clean than a formed joint. After, they spread a rich topsoil around the site and was generous enough to spread some grass seed I had laying around in the garage. They were very honest with updates and concerns throughout the whole process. Thanks to Anderson's Landscape Design & Concrete, I am now employed to sit back, relax, grill, drink beer, and watch the new grass grow around my gorgeous patio.

Note: The water running across the patio under the table is due to the placement of the air conditioning condensation line when the home was built and should not reflect negatively on the quality of work with the patio. I will eventually run a line around the edge of the house to redirect the water.

I will also add, if you have a project that Anderson's Landscape Design & Concrete cannot do, they definitely know a guy that does it. So it never hurts to call. They transformed my back yard and they can do the same with yours.

Justin has come out to our house for a couple of projects at this point and has done an amazing job every time. We won’t use anyone else. So happy to have found him. He has great attention to detail to what you have going on in your yard and incorporates those into his projects.

Justin returned our call the same day and came out the next. He was able to start our job 4 days later. He was on time and affordable. He also had the area cleaned up and looking like it should. Definitely will use Anderson's for future work.

Amazing guy!!! I called to get a quote from Justin and he immediately responded with I can come out today and measure everything to see what it would be. He gave me what I felt like as a great price to lay another 12x14 pad. From the time I got the quote it only took him 2 days to get the concrete laid out and formed up. It turned out amazing, I truly felt like he went above and beyond. He took extra time out of his busy work schedule to come and knock on the door and see if we wanted to put all of our family hand prints in the concrete as well which I felt was a super kind offer. He then saw that part of my slab foundation was cracking and offered to fix it right then and there.

We did business with him in the past to get another pad laid and 4 years later it’s still holding up great with no yellowing or cracking at all!
He is always professional and just a genuinely good guy to do business with, he makes it a very enjoyable process. He’s also extremely knowledgeable on his profession and takes time to explain everything I had questions on.

I will 1000% be doing business with him again and highly recommend him!

Justin and his group came in, knocked out the prep work. Next they formed it up and the following day made the pour. Everything was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. The pad turned out beautiful with a mirror shine that we are very happy with. I would recommend Anderson Concrete to anyone.
