Tree reviews in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina

They stood behind the name EZ, price was right, no mess left behind, and they made the job look so easy. I would call them again and pass the name around.

Great job, I loved the price, very professional work, pleasant attitude, clean family language and first rate clean up after trees down and ground.

I was at work and I saw the advertisement on the back of his shirt, so I asked if he had a business card. The gentleman was abrupt and told me no. Got in his truck and drove off. I have 11 trees I need cut down. Guess he really didn't want my business.

EZ Tree was very kind and generous. It made me feel like I was welcome and they were great answered to what I wanted out of them!

Person answering call was polite but said they did not travel as far as Greensboro. They are in Mt. Airy. Was hoping to have them take a look for estimates since I had heard good things.

very professional work removed 5 big trees and stumps cut down several smaller trees trimmed several trees around my property and cleaned up yard like they werent even there would recommend E-Ztree service for any kind of tree removal or trimming very professional company

Jerry Chandler and his son Elijah, and crew did an outstanding job. We live downtown Winston salem on the west side and we should have sold tickets.

Ez Tree did an excellent job. Jerry and Elijah did everything they promised. I would definitely use them again if I need additional tree work.

Ez is great we had Elijah and his crew come out to do some work they were friendly and very professional and left the place better when they left, highly recommend them if your in need .

He came and gave us an estimate the same day we called him. He showed up when he said he would. Very professional crew. They did a great job and cleaned up after they finished. I highly recommend them.

My son referred EZ Tree to take down a tree in the front yard. Jerry and the team showed up, were very professional, very polite and cleaned up very well after the work. I highly recommend EZ Tree. Thank you EZ Tree!

These guys are awesome!! They were extremely professional, fast, did exactly what I needed done and cleaned up every branch, all within a couple hours. Fast, affordable, professional, and friendly! I highly recommend these guys!

Great crew! Very professional and they did an amazing clean up after the work was finished. Highly recommended - in fact we are going to use them again on several other projects.

EZ Trees is the best! They have the big equipment and staff to cut and clean-up all sizes of Trees! I highly recommend Jerry, Austin, Eli and the crew that took down 6 of our trees and ground the stumps! Susan

Jerry came out to my house for a free estimate the same day I called. In fact it was a Sat and they were the only company to answer their phone which is why I used them. Work performed was top quality for the price and no mess was left. Will use again for sure!

From first call to request service, though job completion, very professional and efficient service. The staff is very knowledgeable and fast working. They took down a large tree that was very close to the carport very quickly, trimmed trees and we're gone so quickly. I would recommend them to everyone!

Excellent job it’s rare in this day and time that businesses actually do exactly what they say there gonna do without having to remind them but EZ tree came in told me what they would do and did that and a lot of extra that they didn’t have to do like cleaned up other fallen limbs and trees that had nothing to do with the tree they quoted you get what you pay for trust me it’s true. pay for trust me it’s true . Will I recommend them absolutley do they do quality work 100% wil I call them again I wouldn’t call anyone else totally satisfied and I’ve never met this company before this is from the heart !!

EZ Tree took down a very large oak for us (over 100 years old). The tree had lost large limbs and had become a hazard. It was close to power lines and needed to come down. We talked with several tree services that wouldn't take the job on. EZ Tree clearly knew how to approach this challenging job. They worked efficiently and safely. Very professional and friendly organization. Thank you!

After giving me an estimate on having two trees remove we agreed on a rate. This was almost two weeks ago. I was told I would be called on when they would come by. I never received a call so I called and was told I would receive a call that evening to let me know when they would be able to do the work. I still have not received a call. I tried calling again and had to leave a message. I understand everyone is busy, but this is not good customer service in my opinion.
