First time using McGraw Electric. We finally found our new electricians after years of searching. Professional, on time, efficient and super nice people too. So appreciative for the work that Joe, Wesley and Ryan did to ready a cabinet by switching from hard wired to outlets to bring it to code for new appliances. Kudos and thanks!!

So glad we chose McGraw Electric of the Sandhills to help us with our light fixtures. Guy was very responsive to my request and was able to get me on the schedule quickly. I was notified when they’d be arriving. He and AJ placed the hanging light fixtures in the kitchen with ease and they were both very knowledgeable. They were efficient completing the service and ensured quality, while being very cost effective. I would definitely use their service again for our future needs and would highly recommend!

McGraw Electric was able to schedule a quick appointment to fix up some last minute electrical repairs at the house we are selling. They did a fantastic job, very friendly/polite/professional, cleaned up after themselves and were well under our anticipated budget. 10/10 would hire them again and recommend to all friends and family.

McGraw Electric did an outstanding job installing our new 50A outlet for us. From my initial call for an estimate, to a week later completing the job, the customer service and professionalism of the crew was outstanding. Great service all around. I called and spoke to the owner. Told him what I needed (outlet installed for an electric vehicle charging station) and sent him a few pictures as requested. He replied quickly and said they could get to me within 1 week. That was super fast compared to the other electricians/companies I called who all said the wait time was more than a month.
I also liked that they didn't need to come out for in-person assessment first and then schedule a later date for the actual job (which seems to be the typical practice of most of the companies I spoke to). I understand that may be needed some times, but to have that as a blanket policy for every job is unnecessary and ends up being just a way for them to get more money and for the job to take longer to finish (especially for straightforward jobs like mine). It was great that they didn't have a bunch of unnecessary steps on the front end.
They showed up on time, with all the materials needed, and finished the job in about an hour. I asked them about some other tasks, and they went ahead and made some other improvements right there on the spot that only took another hour.
All the prices were very reasonable and the electricians were professional.
Will definitely call them first for any future electrical needs!

We were blown away by the courteous communication scheduling our install (ceiling fan), prompt arrival and work completed in a fast and timely manner, and reasonable pricing! McGraw will be our first choice of electric work from now on! It was a simple job for them but they showed the same attention as if it were a bigger one. Provided great customer service and very satisfied with the repair job done for us, at a very reasonable price. We had a lighting strike at our home, and McGraw's was the only company that returned my call during the 4th of July week. They told me when they could come out, confirmed with a text message. Called and confirmed the day of and actually showed up and did the work. This is something we are missing in the repair industry these days and their service was highly appreciative.

I woke up to a refrigerator with no power. I called McGraw at 7:29 asking for help and hoping I didn't lose a refrigerator and freezer full of food. 15 minutes later the first truck pulled up. More help was on the way. I'm new to the area and I can tell you back in NJ

We recently relocated to Pinehurst and required assistance with hanging lights and installing a new outlet. McGraw Electric, recommended by two vendors, exceeded our expectations. Joe, TJ, and Jordan arrived promptly and efficiently completed the task with professionalism. One of the chandeliers they hung posed a significant challenge, as most electricians would have advised against it. However, Joe went above and beyond to ensure its successful installation. The pricing was also very reasonable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with McGraw Electric.
