The team at 123 Appliance has always been professional, honest and accurate. Can't say enough good things about this company and the people working there. We're finding it harder and harder to find excellent service like this, so we shouldn't be sharing this info with everyone, and instead keeping them all to ourselves, but we only wish the best for them and want them to continue to have a thriving business. 5 stars+

Our refrigerator starting freezing everything. After replacing a couple of parts on our own, we were unable what to do next. We called Appliance Repair and the gentlemen recommended we try one more thing. His suggestion worked and our refrigerator is up and running.

It's difficult to find find skilled and honest technicians. I will definitely come to them first the next time my appliance needs repair.

I talked to James about an issue with my refrigerator. He was willing to walk me through over the phone to try and resolve the issue. Turns out I didn't need to fix my fridge but the willingness to try and help me over phone was something I really appreciate. Submitted a service request online Sunday afternoon, received a call back Monday morning and washer was repaired and working again by 2pm same day. I am very impressed. Ron is very knowledgeable, and diagnosed my problem within five minutes. Previous servicemen I called didn't solve the problem, and charged me $300. I have had repairs from 123 Appliance Repair in the past and they have always been excellent. The last time I called, the repair person explained that my microwave was not repairable, and that I would have to buy a new one. When I ask for recommendations, they were happy to suggest brands that would last longer than the one I had previously purchased. They did not charge anything for this service. I would not hesitate to use 123 again!

I rarely post reviews but I wanted to share the great experience I had with 123 Appliance repair. Ron certainly took time to thoroughly inspect my refrigerator. He obviously is very honest because instead of “fixing” something that would not have helped he told me that it was the compressor which they don’t do. I definitely am keeping their phone number and sharing it with my friends.

I am so glad to have found 123 Appliance Repair. My REALTOR, Tyler Strode of W Realty, recommended them. They were able to schedule me for a same day visit, solved my problem, and charged a fair price. Clean, efficient, professional, and friendly. Hope I won't to repair an appliance again (right!) but if/when I do I'll be contacting 123 Appliance Repair.

Have had two fantastic experiences with 123 Appliance Repair! 1) After nearly a year of going through the process with our home warranty company trying to repair our dishwasher, we got nowhere and decided to just call someone else. They were able to come out quickly and replaced the main board on it and it's been working perfectly ever since. Gave us great info too. 2) We had a random leak on our washer and he talked me through a few trouble shooting issues over the phone, which solved the issue! That was very appreciated as it ended up saving us money and saving him the time. These are our "I've got a guy" for our appliances.

Gave me the right advice on a dishwasher - even though it may not mean I use their service. Dishwashers are tricky given the high cost fix on a lower cost appliance. When I do need a repair I will be using this company. Thank you.
