Eric really went above and beyond. We had a spill on a sofa cushion. He really took the time and care to remove it. My furniture looks and smells clean. Eric also cleaned a wool area rug. I had previously had the rug cleaned by Stanley Steamer and it didn’t look clean after they left. Eric did a great job with it. I highly recommend Star Floor Cleaning.

I reached out to Eric on a Sunday night, after a dog had an accident on our brand new carpet, he responded first thing Monday morning and was at our house Monday afternoon. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and an area rug. We thought we were going to have to replace the carpet but Eric saved us that large expense. Call him now, you won’t be disappointed!

Eric was very pleasant even though I was a cold call. He gave me a quote based on my description and agreed to come out pretty darn quick. The carpet was stained pretty badly, even some spraying from a previous male dog that I was kinda certain of. He cleaned it perfectly. There are no stains nor any smell of urine, left. Eric did an awesome job for the price he originally quoted.

Wow. We have lived in the same house for 22 years and put down ceramic tile in the kitchen shortly after moving in. After raising two kids, and always with a pack of dogs in the family, our kitchen floor took a beating. I tested a spot to see if the dirt would come up. It did, but not without spending a day breaking my back scrubbing. And even then there was no way to get it uniformed. I found Eric on Google and based on the reviews, I decided to give him a call. After speaking with a couple of other tile cleaners the last year, I was shocked to learn how reasonable Eric's rates were. And the reviews were all so positive. Well today he came out, and after a couple of hours--we have kitchen floors that look as good as the day they were put down. It's unbelievable. A very satisfying transaction for sure. Eric is professional and courteous. In fact the only flaw I noticed was that he's a Cleveland Indians fan. Seriously, though, this was a really strong transaction. I recommend STAT highly.
