Bryan is the guy designed and built my Koi pond in my Charlotte, NC home 6 years ago. The pond is about 30'x20' wide with a nice and beautiful water fall. He and his team are very professional and got the job done very quick and wonderful job. They got my pond done with digging the ground, putting a lot of big rock and building the whole pond in about 3 days! I am so impress. The pond has two pumps, one is under ground and one with skimmer. Two years after the pond built, the pump with skimmer quitted working, I called Bryan. He came to take a look, then he replaced that pump with NO CHARCH! I would had paid him if he told me it would cost me couple hundred dollars to replace it. He told me the pump was still under warranty. I had no idea!. Thanks Bryan. Then everything was doing great in the past six years. Up until couple months ago, my underground pump stopped running. I called him. He sent his team to come for a deep detail cleaning after it has been neglected in the past six years. I did not realize that I supposed to clean the entire pond once in awhile to keep the rock and the bottom of the pond clean. He just charged the cost of full cleaning service fee. Now my pond looks clean again, the water is so clear, and of course my fish are so happy again!!! I absolutely recommend Peaceful Ponds to anyone. Don't forget to ask for Bryan. He is awesome. Especially if you need to design a new pond, he is the one! Thanks Bryan.
