Coogan has worked with on several projects over the years and they are one of the most professional companies that we have worked with. Their inputs on every project have been right on target. They are a great company.

They have been in business forever, and do alot more than just swimming pools. They are a landscaper designer and also do hardscapes.

I would give a 0 star review if possible as we are only 10 miles from their location and I was told we were out of their area. I find it hard to believe you will not travel 10 miles for a potential $4000 - $5000 project. I own my a business and we travel anywhere within the charlotte area including mooresville rock hill concord etc. and we pull huge trailers to do our work. Oh well guess my money is going somewhere else! Actually turned out to be an $8,000 project with another $5,000 starting in spring. Shouldve driven the 10 miles to my house!!!!

I hired this firm to do an overall design for our property with plans to have it installed over phases with the first phase to happen asap. I started working with the designer in August with a 2-3 week timeline on a design. Although I really like d the design, it was months and then I missed their window fro installing in the fall. I asked for a quote on a portion of the landscaping and found the quote to be superficial, lacking any detail to make a determination on their plans. Needless to say , I went and quoted 2 other firms and found all other to be reasonably detailed and 1/2 to 1/3 the price Coogan quoted. I guess they did not want my business.

My Wife and I are extremly pleased with the results of the Landscaping Project on our new home on Lake Wylie that Coogan's Landscaping preformed. We meant with John Lashley for the Design and he was so professional and made us feel very comfortable. He also meant with us several times to pick out stone or plants and kept us very involved in the project. Once the project got started Brandon Lyon took over and he did everything he said he would do and went beyond our expectations. They also hired Kyrin & Diego who had gave us guidance and new ideas to enhance the landscaping on our yard and it turned out beautiful. Tom Coogan has an oustanding crew and would highly recommend using this company for your landscaping needs.

Every time I Dash through historic downtown Prineville, NC, just pass the baseball park, where traveling teams play—you know the part where the speed limit is 35 MPH, an increase from 20 MPH. I digress, just to the the right, traveling away from Carolina Place mall, is this quality quaint little yellow house, with BOLD numbering, beautiful siding and modern outdoor amenities. This house screams cook out, graduation party, tail gate, pool party or family reunion.

I delivered Door Dash there yesterday, a gentleman in a crisp polo shirt with “Coogan”s” engraved just above the left pocket came out to fetch the order. He greeted me with a smile and enthusiastically and patiently addressed my queries.
I appreciated that because as a Dasher I don’t always get that. My heart tells me this guy is a fantastic salesman. Why do I say that? Because he is a relationship builder and loves interacting with people. I don’t know about you, but to me, initial impressions are pivotal to any potential transaction.

We have worked with Coogan's on several occasions and we have always been pleased with the results. Most recently, they resurfaced our pool and pool deck and suggested other upgrades to the hardscape and landscaping that brought our backyard into the 21century! Highly recommend Tom and crew. Julie is a delight to work with as well.

I recently had Coogans come out to my house to help me with a master plan for my back yard. It's a cumbersome project with many moving parts... pool, gas fire pit, seat walls, meditation area, she shed and more. I was very impressed with their level of creativity and can't wait see it come to life. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a creative edge.

I can't thank this team enough for helping to create the backyard and pool of my dreams. I had been searching for houses with pools for a few years and finally decided to build my own. This team met with me countless times to help design the right pool for me and the house as well as designing and building an outdoor living area that quickly became my favorite "room" in the house. Communication and responsiveness from the project management team is top notch from start to finish and even beyond if you have any questions for them.

We hired Coogan's Landscape to add some flair to our very basic yard. After consulting with us, their designer, John, drew up plans and made suggestions based on what we wanted. The resulting effect was perfect. The plan consisted of bushes around the base of the house, several trees and some flowers. We had initially wanted larger, more mature trees. John informed us that planting younger trees would be much more economical and that within a few years they would grow to match our expectations. He was absolutely correct and kept us from spending much more money than was necessary.

Coogan's Design-Build was hired by my husband and I for landscape design, drainage improvements in certain areas of our yard, and to repair/re-pour concrete. From start to finish the project went smoothly and was completed timely. Both David and Kieran are extremely knowledgeable and dependable. They really listened to our concerns and requests, and provided solutions and a design we love! We are very happy with the work they completed on our new home. I would highly recommend Coogan to others and actually already have!

We recently hired Coogan’s for a face-lift on our landscaping. We had the original landscaping in place since we built our home over 25 years ago. We gave our project manager full discretion over the design and materials used in the project. He did an amazing job. We have had many of our neighbors compliment us on our yard.

Also even though our project was not very large, we felt like we got outstanding service. The project manager was very attentive to our needs. When we asked for some adjustments he was very responsive.

We are looking at doing some additional landscaping in the fall and we will be calling Coogan’s again!

Coogan’s recently designed and installed an outdoor living space for our new home. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough they were professional, prompt and attentive. Tom and Derek listened to our ideas and presented us with a 3D model that perfectly captured what we were trying to envision. It was obvious they knew what they were doing and that we had made the right choice. The construction crews were skilled, hard working and respected our property. The communication with the Project Manager throughout the project was consistent and timely. Any questions or concerns were welcomed and addressed. We now have an incredible outdoor living space that is a joy to use and a delight each time we walk out the back door - a complete transformation. Thank you Coogan’s for all your help and for exceeding our expectations.
