Great service. During mid summer heat, I expected a several day wait to have our HVAC equipment serviced and a couple of minor issues fixed. Anderson was here in only a couple of days, fixed our problems and serviced both units for a very reasonable price. 5 stars to the service tech, Jeremy who was very professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend Anderson Heating and Cooling.

I called Anderson Heating and Cooling to fix a leak I had in my air handler. They sent someone who said the coil needed to be cleaned. The bill ended up being $477, $350+ to clean the coil and unclog the line. It turns out, this was not the problem, as it continued to leak. I called to tell them that the leak had not resolved and asked if I would be charged again for them to come again to fix it. The receptionist said I would not. A second person came out and cleaned the coil again. He checked the unit outside and found out that the system was riding 32 degrees and that the coil needed to be replaced. The first person who came misdiagnosed why I had a leak. I obviously would not pay over $350 to clean a coil that I was going to replace anyway. The second guy who came was knowledgeable and able to diagnose what was actually wrong. Even though the receptionist said I would not get charged, I got a second bill for $105.68 for a diagnostic. I already paid $477.70 to get my unit misdiagnosed and have something done that did not fix the problem (still leaks badly) and that I would not have done had I gotten the correct diagnosis. Now I am expected to pay even more money! I should get a refund for my first bill.

Great service. Complete diagnostic. Repaired air handler leak when another company couldn't find where it was leaking from. We called the 800 number on the unit to check the warranty and they recommended Anderson.

The young man from Anderson was knowledgeable, polite and fast, and we quickly had heat that wouldn’t shut off every time the temperature dropped. He also found a problem we didn’t know we had. The price was very reasonable and the response remarkably fast. They were able to send someone out the same day. They’ll alway be our first call.

Very positive experience, the technicians showed up when they said they would, gave a clear and detailed explanation of what was needed, (basically eveything) gave detailed quotations with various pricing options. The install itself was very smooth, they were careful, tidy and friendly. I have no issues recommending this company.
